It was great that it took less than 10 minutes to walk to The Mall. There's also a hawker center downstairs, so you can grab a quick bite. However, I stayed for 4 nights and found it inconvenient that the amenities like towels, trash bags, and toilet paper were slow to be replenished.

Bath Tub was not filling up as the drain plug was spoilt. Reached out to support but no help was sent to rectify. Disappointed my kid as I have booked the place with a tub as a consideration. Says cot can be added but messaged the support and they said it cannot be provided. Location is great as it is less than 5 mins drive to Mid Valley Southkey car park

Toilet cleanliness could be improved on, check in procedure was a mess, poor information sharing.

It was very good hotel and I am pleased to stay over there. Very comfortable.

Clean and convenient location, friendly customer service and fast responses always.

Good size apartment for 3 couples.
