The only plus is the deco. It's reasonably clean (sheets are clean, at least, oh try not to look into the cupboard where they store spare pillows 🤢) Not well mantained, living room fan not working, wifi not working for the whole stay, no tissues/paper towels, floor mats( floor in toilet is especially slippery) one of the toilet , the toilet roll and holder is like hanging on for their dear life. In one room floor damaged with a large hole near bed), Response was so slow. For example, wifi issue, they day will send someone to take look. We asked if anyone needed to be around, but there was no response. 20 mins later, I received a call saying they were outside after booking a cab intending head out. Had to cancel cab then spend another 30 mins waiting for then to contact support. Then mentioned he could either shift to another unit they host or reimburse us for the wifi issue. Didn't send us listing nor reimburse us saying it's a PH, no news after 2 days after PH. Location wise, not that great, had to cab to midvalley, not much around the area. Going in and out of any door in the building needs to us qr code given to us. Entry I can understand, exit too?? Overall, it's not worth the price just for the deco when everything is barely maintained.
