Miico Hotel @ Permas Jaya

We stayed in the deluxe king window , the room was spacious and clean . There are a lot of eateries near the hotel. I highly recommend it .

Location and others all ok. The soundproofing was not very good. Early in the morning, the cleaners were talking loudly and making a lot of noise while cleaning the rooms, which was quite disturbing, especially when guests were still sleeping. Hope the hotel can improve this.

I had a great stay at Miico Hotel @ Permas Jaya. The room was modern, minimalist, and exceptionally clean. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.Its location is highly strategic, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores just a short walk away. The only minor downside is that the lobby, lift, and rooms are on the smaller side, but for the price and cleanliness, it is well worth it. I would definitely stay here again!

Booked this last minute, and it turned out to be the best budget hotel I’ve stayed at in JB. The room was clean, and the location was super convenient. It’s surrounded by plenty of shops and eateries, with Chagee, KOI, Mixue, McDonald’s, KFC, FamilyMart, laundromats, and pretty much everything you need within walking distance.

Stayed here for a night to avoid Weekend Jam coming into Malaysia. Good for a sleep and go.

Good location if you are heading to Permas Jaya. Hotel is clean, staff helpful, bed and pillows are perfect. Massage just next door, 24-hour coffeeshop opposite, plenty of eateries within 300m.
