The location is decent, but the cleanliness and overall maintenance of the room and bathroom need significant improvement. There were multiple stains, hair, and even a used eyelash on the bedding (see attached photos). The bathroom was the worst part of the stay. It was mouldy, had an unpleasant smell, and was covered with yellow and black stains. Bugs were constantly flying around as well. I requested a partial refund due to these issues, but the hotel rejected my request.

This place could be an amazing to stay at if only they looked after it. It has a smart tv, a washing machine and A/C. Everything apparently good, however it is so DIRTY! There is dust everywhere and the bathroom is so mouldy it creates droplets in the ceiling. And because of it, it smells like dump everywhere.  When I saw the bathroom in that state, I asked them to clean it again, and the only thing they did was to give us another mat. I don’t understand if it is the cleaners fault or the managing team, but it is disgusting!  We stayed for two nights and we were so happy to leave! Unfortunately it was our worst experience in two months travelling.

The environment and space was pretty decent for the price, however the customer service responsiveness is a bit slow. Otherwise, it's a good stay

We have never written a bad review but this one was disappointing. We didn’t receive our check in info untill 8pm. Even then I had to spam call until they picked up (seems as if they couldn’t ignore me any longer). We were happy to let that go but then got to the place to shower and it looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The shower fan had mould caked all over so the bathroom was stinky. No toilet paper left and bowl was dirty. These things I know the guest are also responsible for but it’s simple things that would be hard to miss unless you’re ignoring the dirt. I feel bad to give a negative review but if it’s means for people to get what they paid for then it’ll be worth it. Just abit more effort would’ve been good. The place has great potential. Best of luck with your Airbnb and hope it gets better 😁

Had a pleasant stay overall. The self check-in process was smooth and convenient, making it easy to check in without any hassle. The facilities were clean and comfortable, and everything I needed was provided. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay.

A decent main room but there was a lot of hair on the floor when I arrived. The bathroom was filled with mold and I needed to keep the door closed the entire time. However, it was nice to have a washing machine and kitchen space inside.

Overall okay, location is the key advantage. The toilet ceiling is heavily molded, bedroom cleanliness was acceptable.
