Overall, we had a good stay here. The host’s communication and customer service were excellent and very responsive. We had an unexpected issue with another property and had to cancel our original booking at the last minute. We contacted this host to ask if they could accommodate a last-minute booking, and they were very helpful and agreed to it. The check-in information was also provided very quickly after we made the booking, which made the whole process smooth and convenient.
There are just a few areas that could be improved. The bathroom in the master bedroom is quite dark, which makes the room feel a little gloomy. Adding brighter lighting would make the space much more comfortable. Cleanliness could also be improved, as we noticed quite a bit of dust around the bedside area, possibly because the unit had not been occupied for some time.
Overall, we appreciated the quick response and helpful service from the host, and with a little improvement in lighting and cleanliness, the stay could be even better.
