Renaissance Johor Bahru Hotel

We stayed here for 2 nights and were welcomed with great hospitality. The room was very clean, comfortable thought a bit old. The bed was excellent, and the facilities were amazing as well. The location is very convenient, with easy access to food, eateries, and massage places. Highly recommended!

Breakfast is a MUST!!!!!!! Room is big and the bed is very comfortable. It is a pity that TV is not smart TV.

Spacious and clean room. However, there were some noises from the air con and no hand soap. Other than that, really enjoyed the room. Location is near eateries and parking is ample. Aeon Mall is nearby and i saw there are shuttle bus to mid valley (didnt use as we drive). Would love to come back again!

I love the cleanliness of this hotel. Staff was great! Its a pity i could not stay long for breakfast as i wished. I wish next time i can eat all the delicious food!

⭐ Perfect Staycation Spot Away from Busy JB ⭐ Had a really enjoyable stay at Renaissance Hotel JB! The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable — exactly what you need for a relaxing break. The hot shower was amazing after a long day out exploring and shopping. Love the location too! It’s away from the busy JB Central area, so it’s quieter and more peaceful without the crowd. At the same time, everything you need is nearby — Mr DIY, FamilyMart, Woodfire, McDonald’s and ZUS Coffee are just around the area. Bonus: If you’re here on a Sunday night, there’s a pasar malam nearby where you can grab snacks and enjoy the local vibes. 😋 Getting around is also easy with Grab. A short ride brings you to Mid Valley Southkey for food, shopping, massage and movies. Honestly, the room was so comfortable that I just wanted to stay in, relax and sleep till tomorrow. 😂 Will definitely come back again — next time I’ll book with breakfast included! 👍

It's great to be back at the Renaissance Permas Jaya. Our last visit was a couple of years ago, and to our pleasant surprise, the hotel has been just as well maintained as we remembered. Unfortunately, we did not have the opportunity to try the breakfast, as there were plenty of nearby local eateries where we enjoyed our meals. Overall, thank you to the Renaissance team for another wonderful experience, from the swift check-in process to promptly accommodating our room service request! We look forward to returning again in the future.

We had an excellent stay this time and truly enjoyed our experience at the Renaissance Johor Bahru Hotel. Compared to our previous visit, it is highly evident that the team has put a lot of effort into making continuous improvements. We also noticed that the food variety was more generalized and well-rounded this time round, which we appreciated. We booked twin room and they ran out of the room we booked. Provided us with complimentary extra bed and bf for my teen girl. Bf was tasty. Variety but hope they can bring back the live stations pre Covid!. Good coffee but teh tarik can be improved a little bland and diluted. the Malaysian selection well done. Western options can be improved. Feta cheese is good but the nuts options and salad can be added with more variety. Overall, service staff excellent. Respectful and welcoming to guests.
