Ritzton Hotel

The room is clean and decent. Happy to see the full set of bathroom amenities. Towel and bedsheets quite clean as well. It will be great if there's a table and chair inside the room.

Overall the room is quite clean & comfortable.  Except the TV is not working - no signal on that day. The toilet is abit too narrow for medium size body to close the door, have to open the shower door & walk in before can close the toilet door. There is no simple cabinet or hangers on the wall beside the bed, except small hook behind toilet door & hanger on top of toilet bowl. Location wise is quite convenient. Easily to book grab & the whole long stretch have some F&B shops, as well as massage centres.

Location was convenient, we checked in for the 2nd floor when it was repainted 1 Month ago. Since the 2nd floor had no access to windows hence no ventilation. The smell of paint was heavy and suffocating to bear with. We requested a room change and the staff said there were no more rooms (although there were other rooms available on Trip.com) and we were given just another key card to get some ventilation when opening the doors, mind you the whole floor was painted and ventilation was poor so that makes no difference. Only thing to do is to keep your washroom switch on so the fan will at least get some of that toxic paint smell out of the room. Oh and btw, TV does not work+the cabinets smell awful (not really a big issue if you dont care or use them). I would recommend elsewhere until the smell of paint wears off.

Quite and cosy. Front desk is very friendly. Lots of massage shop around. Good for relaxing. If you prefer to stay here it is a good choice.

The hotel is fine just, they dont have soundproof . Cause we still can hear others people from outside

Surrounded with a lot of massage and food choices. Convenient to move around.

This accommodation offers excellent value with a strategic location, outstanding cleanliness, and friendly and helpful staff. The facilities provided are also satisfactory and suitable for various needs. However, the room size is quite small, so if space is a priority, it may need to be considered. Overall, a very satisfying experience and worth trying.

The room was quite basic but it was clean. The bed was clean and comfortable and the soundproofing was fairly good.
