Reported on trip apps look fine and shine but actual is old and rusty. Else get room with window facing air well or room facing the street might be noisy. Limited hotel Car park avail but have to surrender car key to reception when park in hotel carpark. Else it is chargable roadside parking at RM6 per day or 0.60 per hour with MBJB municipal council. Rooms are smaller than 22sqm. Trip gives wrong and misleading info. Overall, plenty of better quality hotels around the area.

The room is clean and its location is excellent. There are plenty of restaurants around that area. Thai, Japanese, Korean, Taiwan and local cuisines. Really spoilt for choice. In this trip, I chose a Korean restaurant for our dinner.

Overall, Yangtze Hotel provides comfort, convenience, and good service. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and affordable hotel in the Permas Jaya area.

This hotel room was spacious. Convenient parking in front of this hotel. Check in process was fast. Has lift. Bathroom cleanliness can be improved. Friendly staff. Will rebook for my next stay.

A cozy hotel with loads of eatery nearby. Staffs are friendly too

Its quite clean , but then the aircon leak 1 drop of water other then that every thing is good and clean! Room also big enough to open luggage.

Stayed at Yangtze Hotel for a night before entering Singapore. Good location with plenty of food nearby. Room was decent and clean. Overall comfortable enough for a budget stay.
