Good hotel nice and cheap

Booked the most expensive room and it smells and the toilet is separate from the shower. Still had to pay for deposit even though already paid in full upfront. Left the place after an hour.

When I arrived at the hotel, I was told to add money. The boss said that the price was not set by them. If you want to cancel or add money. I said if you didn't put it, how would you receive the trip order? But what is very heartwarming is that trip customer service called me immediately. Let me check in first and they will refund my money.
