"Super hotel; very great and kind staff and perfect junior suite (spacious, cosy, clean). We loved the indoor swimming pool (our kids were super happy with the indoor slide) and the sauna’s which we used after a hike to relax at the end of the day. Breakfast is really good; fresh and much variety. We were positively surprised about all divers activities you could do in the near environment (by using the Arosa card), such as hiking and use of the cable cars, swimming in the lake, the pedalo boats, climbing in a rope park, visit Chur by using the train, feeding squirrels and birds and enjoying lots of nice restaurants in Arosa and the mountains! Hope we will be back sometime!"

The breakfast was rich and was only surpassed by dinner, that was delicious and catered to any tastes. The dinner menu was changed by the day and included highest quality fresh ingredients and a clever touch of the cook. Daniel, the owner and manager, was available and attentive to any question or need. We really enjoyed the hotel and would certainly return."

"The Hotel Astoria is a small authentic Swiss hotel owned and operated by Oliver and Edith. They are lovely welcoming people whose care and warmth shine through all aspects of the hotel and restaurant. My wife and I have stayed two different times separated by several years and both times we were impressed by the comfort, cleanliness, and hospitality we experienced. The restaurant food and service are excellent and the spa and pool are clean and never crowded. The Astoria is very well-located, an easy walk to ski rentals and ski lifts as well as the Arosa train station. We found it to be a perfect location for a Winter ski vacation - at a very reasonable room rate. We look forward to returning again soon!"

"The hotel was well located, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we had a negative experience with one receptionist on the morning of December 30. We asked if our room could be cleaned as it was very dusty, but she responded aggressively, saying we should have informed them upon arrival. Her tone made us feel as though we were asking for a free stay rather than a standard service, and she came across as quite rude. Aside from this incident, the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was nice"
