旅遊多年從未見過一間酒店不提供熱水瓶又限時供應熱水只有用餐時間才有熱水可用在餐廳內的凍水是不能夠盛裝的，職員會警告你這些凍水只能在餐廳飲用不能愛用瓶裝走。
辦理入住手續時被酒店職員嚇破膽
我被告知預訂了八個房間，他拿起一疊紙逐一張在我面前數算說我訂了八個房間
我告訴職員我沒有這樣訂購
我只有四個成人怎會有八個房間我又出示了我的入住證明電郵
