Great location. Great rooms. Very clean and tidy. Very well equipped and private. Perfect for someone wanting minimal interaction with people.

Great location, big window studio flat with sufficient kitchen utensil for cooking, nice bed and pillow, clean and tidy bathroom, enough hot water. A little bit noisy if window is opened (roundabout in front of the window), and sea gulls are noisy at early dawn, but ear plugs and also eye mask are provided. I will recommend friends and come back again next time!

Great central location, the town centre outside the entrance and the Barbican a few minutes away via the nearby lanes. The studio is clean, minimalist, compact but not claustrophobic, although would probably be more appropriate for a young couple or busy visitor. Innovative use of limited space, but fitted with cooker, microwave and fridge if you want to live independently (although there is a vast array of restaurants, cafés, bars and takeaways on your doorstep). The reception is manned until 10pm. Late arrivals contact the duty manager who will advise them of the key safe combination at the entrance. My reservation was via a booking agent, but the duty manager maintained I was required to pay a security deposit, which was not included in the booking confirmation; if it was on the website (as he insisted) it was not prominently advertised. I challenged this, so I would advise guests to double check the check-in process prior to arrival. Despite this setback, my short stay here was pleasant. The location is a significant bonus, and the quirky nature of the decor and included amenities made an encouraging change to the larger chain hotels close by. Would gladly return again for a non-business stay.

Great location and a nice clean room .. check in was smooth , and managed to get parked outside too , which was a bonus . The man on reception who checked us in was polite and professional , We will definately stay again in the future when back in Plymouth

Good central location, convenient apartment with kitchenette and ensuite bathroom. Decent standard of cleanliness and smooth check in process. Shy of very good rating due to poor condition of bathroom door handle and shower head fixture as well as noise level in the room due to its location facing the busy main road. Friendly staff. Good base for our holiday in Devon.

Beautiful airy spaceous room, perfect for a one night stay with the family! Easy and convenient check in too! Perfect location, since it has easy access to the city centre :) clean beds with clean towels, and an average view from the window! The family loves it!

Excellent location. Largely good standard of cleanliness. Faults with bathroom door handle, worn parts of tensioner for shower head positioning and very stuffy room were the main reasons for the review. Area is alittle run down but you are not far from nightlife, marinas and facilities . Location, excellent staff and spoilt for choice of shops and access to public transport - all the better aspects of this hotel complex.

Perfect location , central so there is some outside noise that can be heard if the windows are open but I am a light sleeper. Spacious rooms Really good price Clean and comfy bed. Quality furniture that looks clean and fresh Highly recommend Staff lovely

The apartment was clean and well presented. Close to centre of Plymouth. Reception, Amanda was super friendly and very informative. Check in was quick and easy. Very impressed with the layout of rooms and price for our family stay. All information was sent prior to our stay including advice on local parking etc.

Great location, safe, good service and value. Easily walkable to main tourist areas like the Barbican and Hoe. Would stay here again if in Plymouth. No parking but close to secure car parks, but you wouldn't need a car anyway. Good room facalities inclduing access to laudry.

A real gem of a place. Wish we'd found this place before as we often go to Plymouth for concerts or shows. Perfect apartment, yes some parts of the building are looking a little tired in places but this made no difference to a truly lovely stay, Spotlessly clean apartment, lovely staff, wil definitely be back.

Excellent accomodation beautiful and clean . Great staff. Great location for getting around Plymouth. Facilities in apartment were great everything you need. Bedding and towels were lovely. Bathroom very clean overall a fabulous stay
