Dear Hotel Management, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the room I was assigned during my recent stay at your hotel on March 17th till March 19th. From the moment I opened the door to the room, I was overwhelmed by an incredibly foul odor that permeated the entire space. It was frankly unbearable. Additionally, upon further inspection of the room, it was appallingly dusty. There were visible layers of dust accumulated on every surface - the dresser tops, shelves, TV stand, you name it. It gave the entire room an unkempt and unsanitary feel. I expect much better cleanliness standards from an establishment like yours. Subjecting guests to these kinds of poor room conditions is unacceptable. The overpowering smell and dust made it impossible to have an enjoyable or comfortable stay.
