excellent food and a very helpful host , although dining seating looked a little grubby , super king size bed very comfortable

Perfectly fine B&B, comfortable and clean, with a decent breakfast. Nothing to write home about, but not bad, either.

Everything was nice and clean , also the breakfast was very good and the staff is very friendly. Would come here again.

Comfortable room, nice en suite which had extras. Room had tea coffee ect. Friendly reception. Breakfast great.

The room was lovely and clean but outside our door smelt bad and worse at the hotel entrance. The dinning room was small with plastic table cloths. A very big fish tank was in the room with a very noisey filter. The window box plants were dead. The owner had to be phoned to check us in then couldn’t leave fast enough. Same at breakfast he left before we had finished so we left everything on the table. Felt like a on the side business with little love shown for the building or outside of the rooms.

No complaints no moans helpful respectful breakfast was plentiful and well cooked ,will return .

It is very close to the waterfront, not far from the harbour. The breakfast was amazing, happy with the service. Rooms are clean and bathroom as well, everything felt safe in the room. The only issue we had was the building site next door started work early and made a bit of noise. We also paid abit extra for the parking permit so make sure to budget for it. We will stay here again everyone was so friendly and made us feel welcome.

Great location, easy parking with cheap parking permit available from guesthouse, clean and comfortable, fantastic breakfast, hosts very friendly.
