Nice stay again. The staff here are so helpful. The rooms are a bit dated. I booked a club room but there was a muddle and there were none available so they gave me a better room with a panoramic view of the town.

Secure underground parking. Located at the ‘top’ of the city’s pedestrian avenue All local shops,restaurants, railway station within easy walking distance. Hotel rooms are very clean and comfortable with all the usual amenities tea, coffee, hair dryer, ironing board, TV, telephone, combination safe for valuables and good seating. USB ports and power points. House keeping is very efficient both for rooms and the hotel services are excellent The restaurant offers a wide and varied menu for all meals Pricing is competitive and quality is high

The Copthorn hotel is conveniently located at a short walk from the main train station and about 10 min from the coast and shopping centre. The hotel staff is friendly and the rooms spacy with kettle, coffee and fridge. I stayed in a club room on the 4th floor. Diner was lovely and the included breakfast was enough for a good start of the day. There is a gym available which I did not use. Would return if I have to be in Plymouth again. Overall good value for money.

Very clean and great service, staff are always very helpful with anything u may need or know, bar facilities are an A rating, very close location to the city centre as its basically on your door step.

Stayed for family wedding. Venue Location was a short walk from hotel. From the moment we arrived the staff were absolutely lovely. I did request to change rooms on arrival as the room was right next to reception and I was concerned may get noisy with people coming and going. We were changed straight away without any trouble at all. We were even upgraded. Nothing was too much trouble. I was a bit worried after reading the hotels reviews as I’d also recommended the hotel to other family members attending the wedding. This was the 2nd Copthorne Hotel I’ve stayed in the other being Manchester a few years ago and I can honestly say that both experiences have been positive.

Nice breakfast and attentive staff. Our room key don’t work at times so I have to request for it to be activated couple of times..

Easy quick check in room lovely and facilities good. 12 o'clock check out allows for last minute shopping if needed.

Good location - next to the shopping centre and a short walk from the harbour. Clean, comfortable rooms. Great price for a buffet breakfast - £8.50 pp. Superb service at reception, in the restaurant and the bar. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

The location is convenient and easy to find. It's not far from the city. There are many attractions. The breakfast is very rich and excellent. The hotel is also clean. I will definitely come back if I have the opportunity.
