We stayed with a group of about 35 guests at the Karina Hotel It should be noted that the hotel has a very good level of cleanliness, The staff are very helpful and help the guest with any request, The staff's concern for those staying at the Rawia Lezion Hotel. The food is fresh and mostly cooked on site and is served to the guest and is very tasty, a family hotel and highly recommended Special thanks to emma at the front desk for her concern and help

The hotel itself is great. We had a nice modern room which was clean and comfortable. However, the hotel didn't recognise that we had already paid for the room in full via *******. The staff were polite, but insisted that all we had done was to make a reservation and that we had to pay for the room in full there and then. They were unable to contact ******* to make enquiries. Given it was late, we felt we had no choice but to pay. This led to several calls to ******* on our return. Amazingly, they initially said it was nothing to do with them and said we had to take it up with the hotel! However, ******* eventually refunded us the original booking fee. So, nice hotel but take care with the booking.

It is a relatively small, renovated hotel in the heart of the city with excellent friendly and helpful staff. Despite the many bars and restaurants around, it is very quiet so you can sleep very well, the hotel is also very close to the taxi station. The cleaning of the room had some issues initially; The bed sheets had not been changed and the carpet was not very clean; there were some dust and tiny dirt on it, which was told to the cleaner the next day and was cleaned. The shower in the bathroom was good, but there was some stain on the wall between the mirror and the sink. The room space was enough for two people for a 3–4-day trip. The mattress and pillows were comfortable. The room temperature could be adjusted. Wi-Fi and light in the room were good. The room did not have a minibar; There was no tissue box and trash can in the room. The hotel only serves breakfast and it was basic, limited and repetitive and except the omelet, the other options were cold. Umbrellas were available at reception for rainy days, which was great.

I had an amazing stay at Carine Hotel. The location is great, right in the center of Podgorica and the hotel has its own parking. A special thank you and praise for the warm and welcoming receptionists Jelena and Milica which were the kindest staff I’ve met and made our stay so much better and helped us with everything we needed. Definitely recommend!

very nice and clean rooms, in the center of the city and in great location. The staff was very nice and accommodating, especially the sweet and kind Melissa and Fillip the gentleman. The entire staff was helpful and patient. Even though we came in a large group they were really efficient in attending to us. We had a breakfast and dinner package which we were very satisfied with, allowing us to concentrate on our tours and hikes during the day. Highly recommended!

My stay was utterly wonderful and delightful! - the accommodations were fantastic ; the room was tidy and luxurious with the hotel being brand new, modern and alluring In particular, I'd like to thank effusively the staff which catered to my every need to ensure a most pleasant stay - they are by far, the most hospitable hoteliing staff professionals I have encountered - in particular, jelena, milica, filip and jadranka, manja, dragana, olja and ljubo. They communally went out of their way to ensure an unparalleled hoteliing stay and experience and I am most grateful and humbled at this majestic treatment Once again my deepest thanks and gratitude to this very top management.
