The hotel and all other services were good apart from the air conditioning. When we asked for lower temperature setting, the hotel said that the temperature is centralised and is set to hot mode. We couldn’t sleep at night because of the heat.

酒店位置便利， 房間整潔衞生， 就是感覺有點空曠，沒什麼人，在特殊要求上註明了不要頂端或角落房，前台好像沒看要求，還是給了一間角落房， 而且房間偏大，温馨感欠缺， 衞生間的照明不夠亮， 洗浴水温不太穩定，難操作。

位置毗鄰巴士站和火車站，距離波德戈里察的主要景點和繁華地帶也不算遠；設施齊全，提供一次性拖鞋和吹風機。唯一美中不足的是房間設施略有老化，但不影響居住體驗。

We booked four rooms for three nights. On the booking through ********** we specified that three rooms were to be twin rooms due to the make up of our party. On arrival and going to our rooms we found that they were double rooms. We notified reception to be told that there were no other rooms available and that we would have to sleep on camp beds. The hotel stated there had been a problem with their computer system. The hotel then provided camp beds suitable only for children as they were too short in length. The next day we had to wait hours to change rooms despite being informed that we would be prioritised. This spoilt out plans for the second day and caused huge upset. In compensation the hotel only offer 15% off the three rooms for the first night. In addition all rooms booked had problems with the air conditioning as they were extremely warm and the hotel does not provide milk to have with the drinks in your room. The hotel still refuses to address our concerns. Not close to 4 star hotel!!! AVOID!!!
