"Pool, housekeeping & maintenance staff all top notch. Front desk not so much. I booked a King room and my confirmation (which I showed them) said balcony and view. They said that I was booked in a standard King & bkz I booked third party it wasn’t their problem & I would have to straighten it out with Trip.com….wrong answer…Our room was the size of a walk in closet..it reeked of mildew and the bathroom was so small my 6’ husband had to sit sideways on the T-seat….Entry Door didn’t seal closed so flies came in.
I looked at the hotel’s own website and even what they advertise as a “standard king” isn’t anything like the room itself. So just be aware that the rooms you see pictures are not the rooms you get AT ALL. Disappointing they wouldn’t make it right."

The new kitchen features a large seating island with quartz counters, and indoor and outdoor dining space.

Looking for a vacation at the Jersey Shore?
This house is a located at the Southern end of Point Pleasant Beach just one block north of Bay Head. With the Beach & Atlantic Ocean only 200 feet away, only one house and a sand dune stand between you and the white sandy New Jersey beaches. Nearby, take a leisurely stroll along Jenkinson's Boardwalk or along East Avenue in Bay Head. There are also opportunities to enjoy great shopping and specialty food shops, leisure activities, terrific restaurants, theme parks (Six Flags- Great Adventure), or just put your feet up and hang out. The house is located between Delaware and Maryland Avenue in Point Pleasant Beach. The site map says Harvard, but it is actually Maryland Avenue where beach tag access is during the summer season at the lifeguarded beach. When you are en route to your excursions, there is easy access to major highways such as the Garden State Parkway, I-195, Rt 88, RT 35 and Rt 70. If interested, the Bay Head train station is also a short distance away (0.3 miles) - take it to NYC or Asbury Park for the day and be back in the evening. Non-Smoking Home.

This house is a located at the Southern end of Point Pleasant Beach just one block north of Bay Head. With the Beach & Atlantic Ocean only 200 feet away, only one house and a sand dune stand between you and the white sandy New Jersey beaches. Nearby, take a leisurely stroll along Jenkinson's Boardwalk or along East Avenue in Bay Head. There are also opportunities to enjoy great shopping and specialty food shops, leisure activities, terrific restaurants, theme parks (Six Flags- Great Adventure), or just put your feet up and hang out. The house is located between Delaware and Maryland Avenue in Point Pleasant Beach. The site map says Harvard, but it is actually Maryland Avenue where beach tag access is during the summer season at the lifeguarded beach. When you are en route to your excursions, there is easy access to major highways such as the Garden State Parkway, I-195, Rt 88, RT 35 and Rt 70. If interested, the Bay Head train station is also a short distance away (0.3 miles) - take it to NYC or Asbury Park for the day and be back in the evening. Non-Smoking Home.

We provide bath towels, as well as beach essentials including beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a cooler to help you make the most of your beach days.
Please note that toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, and body wash are not provided, so guests should plan to bring their own. Laundry facilities are not available on-site.
Parking is street parking only. You do need a parking permit on your dashboard which i do provide . I have 6 parking permits
