Loved the location of the hotel. Cabanas were a real treat. Service at Lava’s and the shack rental gear was good. Only one restaurant open though. Rooms are standard but clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

It takes half an hour to drive from Lihue Airport to the hotel. Check-in is very fast. The room is very big. There is a swimming pool outside the window, facing the sea and the spring flowers are blooming. The hotel gives 50 credits every day, which can be automatically deducted when you spend money in the three restaurants in the hotel, hang up your room account, and check-out. The life in the resort is leisurely. There are yoga classes at 8 o'clock every morning. You can practice on the outdoor grass and it is very pleasant under the sun. I ate at all three restaurants and it tasted very good.

It was a very good vacation experience. Every employee in the restaurant and guest rooms was extremely enthusiastic and friendly. Members received a free room upgrade. The food in the restaurant was good and the whole family liked it. We will continue to stay here next time.

The location of the hotel is great, there are many private beaches with clear snorkeling. Snorkeling equipment and beach chair umbrellas are available. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to poipu beach. The service staff is very good. I will upgrade directly to the sea after I leave the balcony. I will watch the sunset and starry sky in the house. The pool is also good. Would stay here again.

This is extremely expensive hotel the amenities are very dated and few. The room was dirty I had to ask for it to be cleaned and explain why I think it is dirty, they did clean it well after my conversation with them . For the money I spend on what supposed to be a resort on the beach I get what looks like a cheap motel. This made our trip to Kauai a very difficult one. I will never use Sheraton for the rest of my life the money I spend averaged 1000 a night for really bad place . Pictures in ******* are very deceiving and I think they do so deliberately to rip people off

The property was well located. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful, but not as client oriented as other resorts at this price range. Biggest problem: WORST.FOOD.EVER! Other than the coffee shop, which was fine, the other main restaurants served low quality food, were terribly noisy, and not at all responsive to our requests. We literally had to go off property for every meal.
