Reviews of Hotel Haven O' Ganga

Good: Conveniently located, easy to find. The lake is about 500 meters away. There are plenty of food outlets and small shops nearby. A nice room with a comfortable bed. Hot water is adequate. The room has everything you need, including a kettle with tea and coffee making facilities and drinking water. There's a balcony with a table and two chairs. Cleaning is daily. The hotel's rooftop deck offers a relaxing view of the mountains (some rooms also have mountain views). The lake view isn't very good, as it's partially obscured by other buildings. The staff handles all necessary technical issues (including cable car tickets and taxis – although taxi prices seemed unreasonable compared to Kathmandu). On our way back to Kathmandu, we were given a free ride to the bus station (about two kilometers away). The breakfast buffet was quite decent. Bad: There was a refrigerator, but it didn't work.
