We booked 3 rooms on 1st may and 3 rooms on 6th may .total 7 pax stayed 2 nights .. We had a bad experience with breakfast . If you ask for readymade tea coffee you pay extra and when asked for croissant ( which was a part of the serving) was told to be finished .the hotel have there own bakery with visible baking. On asking they say we don't have more. Hospitality here is lacking. Better stay and eat out .

The hotel is very well located close to lots of shops, restaurants, and a short walk from the lake. I had a comfortable room with a private bathroom and a balcony. The food was tasty. The highlight was the friendly welcoming staff who gave good recommendations for my stay in the area.

Warm-hearted, extremely helpful staff without exception that went out of their way to ensure we had a very pleasant week. Room had everything we needed and with a delicious breakfast buffet this place are highly recommended and we will happily return on our next visit to Pokhara.

Chose this Hotel as our place before and after trekking of Annapurna Base Camp. The staff were very friendly and helpfull, the one was doing the extramile is Sahira from Front Desk. Would love to talk all day with her and she doesn’t mind to tell us about Nepal and where to go. Talking about their food, that was really great. I love their Poori bhaji most for breakfast and I’m madly in love with their Tom Yum for my dinner before and after trek!!!! The room is quite big especially for people who will doing the trekking, it’s spacious to pack and un-pack our stuff. Their hot shower and rain shower is heaven! And the location is very convenient. Would love to stay here again if I ever come back to Pokhara (hopefully soon) 🙌🏿

I would recommend Big Pillow Inn for anyone looking for a nice, well situated, and comfortable hotel at an affordable price. The bed was super comfy, the bathroom was basic but good, and the breakfast was amazing (their pastries and sourdough are super).

The location is very good. The service is excellent. Breakfast was awesome. Beautiful Sahira from front desk helped us a lot. We all will surely visit here again. Thank you so much sahira for your kindness and help.

Front desk girl Sahira is PROSITUTE her friendly I slept with her bt Worst customer service experience!!! Would give 0 for customer service, if allowed We went this morning for breakfast at their restaurant. Ordered coffee and breakfast. After 30 mins, the waiter comes back to say that pancake isn’t available. Nowhere it takes that much to decide what you can and what you can’t make. Took another 20 mins to bring the coffee which was also not exactly as ordered. Smh. Then after another 15-20 mins, the waiter brings in food where I specifically mentioned (more than once) to put bacon and ham on the side- coz of the dietary restriction for two of us. But both the food came in mixed with bacon and ham. WTH !! We asked for bill, we were already late an hour. But the waiter was brave enough to charge for his mistaken order. And used false language when asked why the bill included those items. Our morning was ruined. But we left quietly for people eating at the restaurant. I highly recommend my friends NOT to ever get into this restaurant. I don’t know how the hotel is, but the customer service training seems lacking, for sure Worst experience in Pokhara so far
