This hotel is a 1-minute walk from the main street north of Pokhara's Lakeside, making it an ideal location for walking around the city. The staff responded kindly to our various requests. In Nepal, infrastructure such as water, gas, and electricity is not well established, so the water supply in the room was not comfortable.

The hotel is at good location. The staff were friendly. But there were many things in the facilities that were not working. WiFi was not working but later fixed . TV was not working- the staff knew it but was never fixed. The heating in the AC was not functioning and was never fixed. The corridor carpet was not so clean.

we went with group of friends, the manager is so kind, he guide like his family, very polity and kind, the food also so good we fully enjoyed, want to go again

As we went with my family, the hotel was very prime location, and we fully enjoyed it. only the problem there was no pool, the pool was under construction, me by next time definitely we will visit on same hotel, very good hotel the management need to improve little bit on housekeeping, rest is all good

Worst experience... Service and customer support terrible... This hotel wants to charge you for everything even for complementary water bottles which should be provided by hotel... None of the person can be trusted on their commitments.. they keep changing their verdicts every now and then... House keeping staff unavailable etc. ect.

Room number allotted was 406 the ac was not working when asked to change they as for extra amount for shifting they shifted at 1:00 AM In morning buffet breakfast was also not provided they took order and almost we waited 1hour for the same basic things like ketchup and salt was not available Its was just a harassment

I am a Tour leader working with German company.Till last year, hotel service was good this time I am with my family. stay was not perfect Ac on room not working, Breakfast service worst. All new staff at restaurants I ordered tea, it's come almost after 40 min. At breakfast toast bread served as desert. worst breakfast service ever seen 3 Star catogorie Hotel in Pokhara,.Room nice and clean.Hotel clean. But service very bad.

The hotel needs renovation immediately. I ve seen 5 rooms, they were more or less the same. In some of them the wi fi didn’t work, nor the phone , in others the refrigerator was missing from the closet. The major problem is the poor cleaning service. We went to our room late at night and the sheets have not been changed from the former visitors. We found a jacket in the closet. In another room dirty socks were in the closet. Room service rarely cleaned the room and they never left any shampoo or bath gel. Nor paper toilet. The towels were disgusting. This is a hardly 2 star hotel. We were told that it wasn’t like that the previous years. This situation must have taken place the last year.

I booked my room however after receiving confirmation from make my trip hotel management was not sure on that booking and waited for more than 3 hours with my family that was really unexpected

Very bad rooms, balcony sliding door wasn't working, broken cane furniture. No milk packet was provided with tea bags in the room

Hotel not recommended to stay all rooms were stinking. Wash room was without bathing taps food was not good when asked for food at 9’30 they told us that no food kitchen closed what kind of kitchen is that which closes at 9:30 that provide us a street food from bazar. Room door knobs were broken curtains were very dirty this hotel totally spoiled our trip movement. They don’t have even dressed staff
