The room cleanliness needs improvement; the electrical outlets were too loose; and the hot water wasn't hot enough. Aside from that, the service was very warm and welcoming, the breakfast was delicious, and there was a friendly black dog on the roof who even chased away birds. The hotel is located right by the lake, in a great location.

The hotel is very beautiful. The design is great. The sheets and towels are almost new. The furniture is old. The shower in my room didn't work. The hotel staff weren't very attentive. They didn't even help with my bags. Overall, a very good option, except for a few minor issues.

Excellent stay. The location of hotel is very good just few steps away from phew a lake. The hotel in house experience is also good.
