At border the agent will advertise about this hotel with benefits and all, but it's a scam, don't take this hotel ever, instead go to pokhra, the main market road has several hotels with rooms starting at 1500 NC per day, with much more spacious rooms and facilities than this August Lake Resort which actually doesn't have any facility. Also, the name says lake view, but it doesn't give any lake view from any of the rooms as it is on the inner side of the road.
