Busy Bee Resort, Pokhara

I had my reservation for 30th and 31st May in BusyBee resort for 2 rooms , room number 201 and 202 were alloted me for the same. The condition of the rooms and service provided by them was extremely poor. Commodes of both the washrooms were very dirty and the flush in one of them did not work the whole time. Wifi provided to us was also very slow and not usable. Towels provided by them were also very dirty and unhygienic. Inspite of repeated requests, drinking water was not being provided by them and TV in one of the rooms was also not functional. All these problems were faced by us in merely staying for a day in this resort. For this severe inconvenience caused to us and not being able to avail even the basic facilities, I demand for a refund or else I would have to take this matter to the apex court for false advertisement of this resort and ranking it so

The location is good, close to the lakeside, and the staff were humble and welcoming. However, the rooms were not up to standard. The cupboards were broken, the towels were dirty, and the doors were made of low-quality material. I could clearly hear what was happening outside my room throughout my stay.  Even my queen size bed was mad up of joining two single beds.  Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this place.

I would like to sincerely thank the hotel team for making our stay so memorable. Almost everything I had requested through messages was arranged exactly as discussed, and all of our expectations were fulfilled. My father and mother were also very happy with the experience, which made our stay even more special. The hotel itself was excellent, and everything was well organized and comfortable. The staff’s efforts and attention to detail were truly appreciated. As a small suggestion for improvement, faster responses to guest inquiries would make the experience even better. I understand that it may not always be possible to be available at all times, but prompt communication whenever possible would be greatly appreciated. Additionally, a slightly more formal approach in guest interactions could further enhance the overall hospitality experience. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel. Whether you are looking for accommodation or planning a special occasion for yourself or your loved ones, this hotel is definitely worth considering. The team is professional, helpful, and genuinely committed to making guest feel welcome

Good girl, great service. Good breakfast buffet but somet5 there are too many guests and the refill isn't fast enough. Pool needs a good clean and chlorine
