Reviews of Bar Peepal Resort

I’ve read other reviews for this hotel and am amazed it has been given 5* rating.  The staff certainly are excellent, and the pool is nice, but the rooms are very basic, quite dismal, and lacking in anything of quality.  Towels were stained and grey from poor laundering, sheets OK but pillowslips stained.  The towel rail was fitted  askew.  The open shower was too close to the toilet so that, even with the curtain drawn, water escaped and I had to dry it before I could use the toilet.  I had breakfast on 2 days: starts at 7am but egg station not ready until 7.15 on both mornings.  Food, again, was very basic with not much choice and certainly not ‘delicious’. Sorry, but I rate this as 3*.

It’s really great hotel for vacation and free shuttle to downtown and tourists bus park. I absolutely will come back to this hotel. I stayed 3 days.

Great hotel, great service, great breakfast, breathtaking view from the pool

A great resort hotel in a quiet area! The lake view is very beautiful when you wake up in the morning. The facilities are complete, the service is friendly, the food is delicious, the room is well-equipped, and the balcony is very enjoyable to sit and chat.

The hotel is not bad. The rooms are located halfway up the mountain, in an orderly manner. The rooms are large and clean. If you want to go to the city center, you have to go up and down a slope, so it is only convenient to take a taxi.

The hotel room is super nice, the scenery is unbeatable, and it is so enjoyable to eat by the restaurant pool. The service is super five-star, the staff in each area are very good, especially the travel department, it is very convenient to book a tour charter, we booked a one-day hiking tour to the Australian Base Camp in Pokhara, the guide is very responsible and learned a lot of knowledge.

The resort is on a big slope. The environment is beautiful, and the flowers and trees are pleasing to the eye. It is a ten-minute walk from the lakeside commercial area. It is convenient for eating, taking taxis, shopping, and it is very quiet. The whole resort feels like there are three or four floors, and you can see the Phewa Lake. The service staff has a strong sense of service as a whole, very professional, and no special tips. If you are satisfied, you can put it in the tip box. The facilities are complete, and the daily supplies are very timely. The price-performance ratio is super high, and it is generally recommended.

It is close to Fewa Lake and the hotel has a beautiful environment! The waiters are also nice!

It is on the mountain, with great views and not far from the core area. The room is nice, but there is no elevator. We stayed on the top floor, with great views, but climbing the stairs was tiring. The service was very good, and the guy helped us deliver our luggage to the room. The concierge downstairs can arrange a whole few days of itinerary, such as watching the sunrise, flying paragliders, hiking...very convenient.

The green garden and the small swimming pool on the rooftop overlooking the Phewa Lake are very pleasant. The service staff are very enthusiastic, and the dinner by the pool tastes better than expected. There is no elevator, so you need to climb up and down.

I stayed there for 3 days after finishing the trekking. After finishing the trekking, I needed a comfortable rest, and the hotel provided a comfortable and pleasant environment that satisfied that. During my stay, I asked a lot of questions about the surrounding tourist attractions, and the “SOYA(?)” staff always kindly guided me. Another good thing was that the breakfast was delicious, and the staff took care of everything and guided me, so I was very satisfied with the breakfast time. In particular, the “PRATIKSHYA” staff meticulously took care of the food that was lacking, the food that was needed more, and the special menu of the day, so I was able to eat deliciously and have a solid trip. If someone asks me to recommend a hotel in Pokhara, I recommend it without hesitation!!!!~^^
