Masseria le Torri

We have just returned from Masseria le Torri where we spent a week. It was one of the best places we have ever stayed.It is run beautifully by Silvana and her expert team ,their attention to detail is wonderful.Our room was so stylish and beautiful.Breakfast home made by Silvana was simply divine.We ate dinner 3 evenings and the food was superb. The interior and exterior of the Masseria are so magical we cant wait to return.

We have just enjoyed three nights at this beautiful hotel in the apulian countryside. The warmth of the welcome and throughout our stay from the owners Silvana and Mimo and all their staff was exceptional and genuine. Our bedroom, a former chapel, was beautifully simple, rustic and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and we had a living room and a balcony, too. The bath was built into its own stunning space. Breakfast was a feast of homemade cakes and savouries and we enjoyed three suppers in the excellent restaurant, too. The hotel is surrounded by cherry orchards and olive groves, plus some apricots and fig trees, too, making it a truly stunning setting. The public roads to reach the hotel need a little attention so we would advise a small but robust hire car. We came away with a warm feeling in our hearts, some beautiful home-produced olive oil and a desire to return soon.

Absolutely beautiful stay. Stunning grounds, wonderful staff and the most incredible food. No complaints at all. The attention to detail was amazing. Perfect in every way and can’t wait to visit again one day. I was very sad to leave this place.

The masseria is in a good location. The property is very beautiful and well maintained. The owners clearly put a lot of effort, work and love in it. The breakfast is a buffet, from which they serve you, with fresh seasonal products and good variety, vary tasteful. It is the little things that bother and make me give 3 stars. They charge 3€ extra for fresh orange juice at breakfast, 10€ for a glass of wine, 4€ for the biscuits that come with the tea. There is no coffee machine in the room and water only on the first day? A bottle of filtered and chilled water would do (as in so many other places).

We have travelled a ton, and are currently on a one year trip of a lifetime throughout Italy France and Spain. And we have stayed in many a Relaix Chateau “like” places. This one is first class in all aspects. Stayed 5 nights. Silvana and Mimmo went out of their way with their team to welcome us. Every detail. And Leo the Chef and team, ensured that most of our meals were onsite, even though we had a car and could go anywhere else. Why? First class food and wines and reasonably priced as well. Highly recommend this. Our favourite little town to visit in the area? By far, Monopoli. Don’t miss it!

The setting and the service are fantastic, and the staff are both professional and genuinely friendly. The rooms are beautifully decorated with tasteful design. The food is excellent – and breakfast is truly something special. Sitting under the trees in the morning, enjoying breakfast in the shade, is a magical experience. The owners are also incredibly kind and caring, which makes the stay even more memorable.

Great hotel with incredible customer service and attention to detail. The Masseria opened in 2018 and it’s a beautiful property. The rooms are spacious with incredible bathrooms. Complimentary breakfast was delicious. Great value for the offering. I highly recommend.

If I could give more stars to this place I definitely would. The service is incredible, the food amazing and the place is beautiful. There so much attention to detail in everything and this place is truly special. Location is very convenient to explore other places in the region, and the staff is ready to make suggestions to make your stay and travels even more special.

This place was something we will remember for a long time. Beautifully renovated monastery with only 10 suites, amazing architecture, amazing details… located in an isolated area of olive trees and fields. Great and unique food in a beautiful outdoor and indoor setting. And … amazing staff and owner.
