Thought that the walls were very thin,could hear everything in other rooms. And, most of the night the sirens going down the road. Need better sound proofing. I did not stay, i was there maybe an hour. The room was cold, small, and i didnt feel safe.

Rooms were not ready, unable to stay in the lobby, power went out 3 times reception desk was really rude when we call to report the power outage facility does not have heating system

The “complimentary breakfast” should add that you can only eat in their dark dining room and cannot take even an apple to your room to eat it.

The hotel is in such a great location if you are visiting Legoland. It just needs some major renovations.

The building is rundown and unkept. The only thing that saved our trip was a wonderful housekeeper.

I recently had the displeasure of staying at what can only be described as one of the worst hotels I have ever encountered. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I knew I was in for a disappointing experience. Firstly, the cleanliness of the hotel was abysmal. The room I was assigned had dirty carpets, stained bedding, and a foul odor that permeated the entire space. It was evident that no effort had been made to adequately clean or maintain the room in a satisfactory manner. I felt incredibly uncomfortable and disgusted by the lack of hygiene. Furthermore, the front desk staff (Jean in particular) at this hotel were incredibly rude and unprofessional. Whenever I asked for assistance or had a concern to address, they displayed a complete lack of empathy or willingness to help. It appeared as if they were simply going through the motions and couldn't be bothered to provide any level of customer service. It made the experience even more frustrating and aggravating. The amenities promised on their website were a complete fabrication. To begin, the phone in the room was a decoration. The most frustrating part of this “vacation” was when the room had an electrical short in the middle of the night and we stayed without electricity until the following day. The electrical short took out the refrigerator and the TV, which means all the ice and food in the freezer was melted and water was all over the room. Needless to say, the milk and my kid’s snacks were spoiled.

Place is disgusting. Nothing would stay plugged into an outlet. Literally, could not charge phones. ********** in the tub and it barely drained. Room was freezing. Unable to adjust temperature -locked out. Desk said to use floor heater. Half the bulbs weren't working. One fluorescent bulb flickered, couldn't use it. Bedroom surfaces were sticky. Drawers missing knobs. Fridge was broken. Porch was filthy. Next room's number sign was missing. They wrote number on the wall with sharpie. Elevator bounced between floors. Felt unstable. Took stairs down. Stairs were smelly and stained. Toilet flushed really loud. Could hear neighbors flush two doors down. Hot water fluctuated a lot when showering. Main door handle was changed to at some point and the original door handle hole was left partially exposed -no privacy if someone looked into the room from hall. Entrance light barely lit. Drop ceiling damage/hanging at entrance. Bed squeaked a lot. Slept in clothes. Didn't trust laundering. Free breakfast is poor. In the fridge was a carafe of 2% milk that was soured. Tossed my coffee. They only had pink chemicals. Yellow is my favorite color, LOL. Liked the waffle maker. The only positive thing. And front desk staff were rude, dismissive and charged me a cash "hotel fee" for $5/night which is really suspect.

Room was very shabby, had a musty smell. The doors didn’t fit, light cam through around the edges.
