Serena Inn

Room smelled smoke, bathroom was dirty and people outside very very loud after 12am. Only good p thing was the super nice lady at check in. Other than that it was a terrible stay

Room appeared clean upon arrival and smelled ok. After a couple of hours we went to go shower and found cockroaches in the bathroom. We checked out…so we paid for a night and didn’t even sleep there as we didn’t want roaches crawling on us in our sleep. Will not be back. Front desk clerk didn’t seem phased at all when I told her. Just a silent nod.

The front desk staff treated us well, both at check-in and check-out. The reception area is spacious and clean; the room and the bathroom were clean.

Parking was fine and secure. Staff friendly. Place had little or no accesories like coffee; only beds, TV and a desk and two good towels. It was cold and first room had no heat. Moved to a second room that was fine. Our main concen was cleanliness, whichwas acceptable.

Roaches, heat didn’t work properly, rusty towel rack, ceiling above shower was dropping

Parking was safe and secure. AC was working properly and keep the room at set temperature.

Dirty and ghetto. I was appalled.Wouldn’t even let my kid touched the sheets. Walked in the room and right back out.

Check-in process was smooth and staff super helpful. Area didn't feel unsafe. Just needed a place to crash. Do not book if you are looking for more than that. Had some 6 legged roommates but other than that all was ok. Microwave and fridge in room.

Our check-in was great, quick, and easy. When we walked in our room, the whole room smelled. There was a dehumidifier in the middle of the room. They likely have a problem with humidity because the doors don’t shut and seal. All of the metal on the furniture was rusted. This hotel may have been great when it was built, but nothing has been updated since then. We felt totally unsafe, cut our trip short, and checked out the next morning. I requested a refund for the days we will not be there and was refunded with no issues.
