Place is amazing with backwater, lined by coconut trees, room was big with bigger bathroom. We had booked family room with triple bed, but during checkin we came to know it was without AC, we were given smaller room with AC at same price. There is mice issue, one of our suitcase which was open, mouse had paid visit to packed food kept in same. Other than location, rest seem passable for the amount they charge. They conduct yoga sessions and provide spa services too at extra charges. Overall good stay.

Photos on website are not representative of actual facilities. Very rude staff and restaurant staff refused to serve after 9:30 in the evening. All staff disappear by 10 pm. We ended up boycotting restaurant and ate outside during our 3 day stay

This was worst experience I have had during.my trip this time to India. Check in desk is rarely ***ned, don't come in until 9 am. Restaurant staff was rude and behaved as if they were doing us a favour. Quality / cleanliness of room was not good. Catering for Western young tourist who are into Yoga. We used a local ayurvedic message place and the guy who did my message said he goes to this place when asked.i paid 1500 Rs for 1 hr message and charges for same message in hotel 2300 Rs. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

I went to Palm Trees Yoga Resort to complete my Ashtanga Adjustments teacher training. I was at the resort for 2 weeks and had the most amazing time. I felt like everyone there was family and I was at home. Everyone made me feel so welcome! The cottage was beautiful, with lots of space and the bed was super comfortable. The environment was tranquil and waking up to the sounds of the animals made me smile. In terms of the food, I have no words, it was really tasty, really fresh and really nutritious. I had one evening meal at the resort and the chef was really accommodating and came out to personally ask and check whether we needed anymore food. The adjustments course I did, was better than I had imagined. The schedule and course content was really interesting and I loved every minute of the yoga practices, the teaching and the learning. The course kept me engaged and was always uplifting and positive. I was so gutted when I finished my 2 weeks but super grateful to have been able to have my first time in India at Palm Trees. I am trying to find the time time when I can go back over there!

I travelled to Goa as a Single female over the Easter break (April 2023) and had the most relaxing fortnight ever! The resort looks not only magical at night but is also so welcoming during the day as you are greeted with smiles by everyone everywhere you go. The accommodation is only a short walk from the beach, bars and restaurants. The owners, Julia and George, are such lovely hosts and anything I needed (eg clothes washing, rickshaws ordering, local info for massages/restaurants etc) was organised quickly with no problem.I stayed in a hut with no air conditioning but there was a big fan which kept me cool at night. I will definitely return and would recommend the resort to anyone! The beds are also really comfy!

The course was perfect, the location, the teaching and taking away from it much more than a certification which I’m very proud of. Julia created an excellent program and teaches in a way that engages everyone no matter what your ability is. Thank you very much for the best experience I could have wished for 🙏🏼🤍

Had an incredible time at palm trees. Arrived really sick and with the good food, the sea, the incredibly lovely people felt like after a long rehab even after only one week. The place looks like paradise and I felt really welcome and not at all like just a person in a hotel. The people working were are super friendly and interested. If you like to wake up in the morning to the beautiful Patnem sounds (birds, monkeys, some dogs barking) it is just perfect. Did my teachers training here and can’t imagine any better place. Thank you George and Julia and all the team for all the support and help. Hope to see you soon again

May consider reading this in full, if you care for your stay and money- Don’t be fooled by the photographs. The images are professional just to attract business. If you really care for your holiday experience, I wish you to be alert by sharing my experience. It was a very fancy discussion with Julia for the property when I was preparing the iternary from Delhi. The location is very isolated and you will struggle for basic necessities like ordering food. It took 3.5 hrs post my ordering for the dinner upon arrival. There is no restaurant to offer lunch and dinner within the premises and had to order from outside with heavy rates. The options are very limited being an isolated highway-side location. If you are traveling with kids dependent for milk and immediate attention at times, this place will be a nightmare for you. I travelled with two kids including an infant and had a terrible experience with electricity. There was a power cut of 3 hrs from 2200 hrs till 0100 hrs in the night. Upon arrival, it was told to bear with us due to pre-scheduled power failure in the proximity for an hour, however, they did not mention at the time of bookings. The owner, Julia was aware of this power failure to happen which extended for 3 hrs and resulted me and family in a challenging situation with hungry kids and struggle to ***age with mosquitoes. The hutments or cottages are not hygienic. You will find a variety of mosquitoes, flyers inside room, street dogs (pets not allowed) in your balcony that need your major attention to ***age your stay. The provided carpet, towels were dirty and I had to request to change them upon my arrival. There was no cleaning of the floor done before my check-in. No toiletries and no water bottles were provided. I had the most expensive cottage booked at the resort to ensure the best convenience to the family, however, the experience forced me to consider much better conditions at home. My money got wasted. Even I found that the listed items towards facilities in the room were not available like wardrobe safe, etc. There is no TV in the rooms and no spa facility. There is no river beside the resort, it is actually a naala of dirty water-attracting even more mosquitoes inside the hutments. The place is extremely silent and dark which experiences as not safe for family during night. I tried to connect with Julia, the owner numerous times who took my bookings. She did not care to attend correspond to my calls. I made precisely 21 calls to her. She was enjoying the beachside with friends. Late night at 1130 she called. I tried to make her understand the situation my family was into the and necessity to help overcome the challenges, however, she tried to dominate and started to mention for my early check-out adjusting all my advance payments made to her. Her unsupportive attitude towards the guest and the faced challenges at the resort, made me feel to have made a big mistake in opting for this stay. I had planned for the sta
