Reviews of Marron Sea View Resort

I don't understand why people leave good reviews at all. The air conditioner was incredibly noisy. It was impossible to sleep. There was no hot water, just lukewarm water. The floor was dirty. The bed linens were all in spools, so unpleasant. I contacted the receptionist, but there was no response. I wrote to Tripcom, they contacted the hotel, and they changed my room. The room seemed cleaner, but the floor was collapsing.

We have stayed at The Marron several times. There is really nothing to complain about. The food is delicious, with a wide range for everyone. The rooms are spotless and shower is very powerful. The location is ideal...away from the crowds. There are too many beach sellers though. I did notice that the Arc Resort had signs at their front saying No Beach Sellers...this could be an Idea for The Marron.

This has to be one of the most beautiful property i ever stayed in. The view from the sea facing cottages was just breathtaking. You can straight away walk to the beach from your room and enjoy the beautiful sunset from your own room. The staff was also very cordial. Only regret. Not staying here longer. Definitely coming back here for our next goa trip

Amazing stay. Very cooperative staff good food. Evening vibes is somethimg we never felt before. We have been coming to palolem for 6 years but first time at Marron. Highly recommemded!

I highly recommend this place for a good family break. This is a beach front resort and offers good stay, food, ambiance, view and hospitality for its customers . Staff working here are very warm, professional and helpful. Resort is located in good location, with in walkable distance to local shops & cafes. Rooms are clean & comfortable. Every room has AC/ & refrigerator. Room size is quite decent. Restaurant offers good variety of menu, which caters both local and international crowd. I thoroughly enjoyed by quiet break by the beach.

The location is fantastic and the rooms are clean and well-maintained. One of the best things about this resort is its location at the end of Palolem Beach and its restaurant. The restaurant staff are very dedicated and cook up very tasty dishes. The Food is amazing and very reasonably priced. Will like to visit again. The owner was very gracious to accomodate my aged mother beyond checkout out time as our flight to Delhi was at night.

If I could give stars below zero , I would, it's 1.30 am when I am writing this review , my friend had to take an emergency medication due to his heart condition, they provide 2 bottles of mineral water which is included in their room price of Rs.9440 without any included meals. Unfortunately owing to the very hot and humid weather today , our said included water supply and more purchased during our travels got exhausted over due time . At about 1 am , my friend was feeling unwell , he needed to take his heart related medications and we needed a bottle/glass /anything of water which we were ready to pay for, with whatever amount they would have quoted then , but Mr.Kamlesh who was at the reception then or maybe someone else who used a false alias,who was at the reception at that particular hour at 1 am blatantly refused to provide us with any drinkable source of water , which we very specifically mentioned was for an emergency medical condition, even a little would have sufficed to take the medication required, we enquired again and again with him for a potable source of water which would suffice our very empirical need , but he straight off denied any source of drinkable water , even to go as far as insinuating drinking water from the bathroom wash basin tap supply which is what we ultimately had to resort too , as we had no choice after scavenging for any last source of water , including a very empty mini bar and not an ounce of water we could scavenge from our anyway depleted resources , thus subjected to no emapthy or remorse or attempt to aid us in anyway, by the said individual ,inspite of stating our very need at that vulnerable moment , to which he blatantly stated very scathingly remarking that we should've gotten our water supply from their very own restaurant next door by 10.30 pm which is their closing time , thus predeterming our need for a basic necessity that is potable water which is neither kept in the minibar of the room nor is supposedly available for sale at any given point after 10.30 to 11 pm which we never imagined in our plethora of travel experiences throughout the world would be commoditised with respect to irrational restricitive timings by greedy owners and management without a complete lack of hospitality , empathy and responsibility towards the well being of the said client/patron.We tried a lot for an hour to no avail, thus I would like to conclude that better stay away from theese greedy uninformed bunch of individuals and spend your hard earned money elsewhere. The next day the owner /manager called us and used utter foul language for confronting his staff and putting a review on Google , pls stay away from this place.

Marron Sea View Resort is an absolute gem that perfectly blended luxury with natural beauty. We liked its location at end of the beach, making it less crowded but still offering serene and picturesque views of the sea. The service was simply great, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. The food was delightful, featuring a wide variety of delicious dishes. Coming from the US, I was not sure if my kids will have any food options they'll like. But they said the pancakes they had there were better than back home. Whether you’re looking to relax by the sea, enjoy gourmet meals, or experience exceptional hospitality, Marron Sea View Resort is the ideal place to stay. It was a memorable time for our family and I highly recommend it.

Marron Sea View Resort never disappoints. Thanks to Kumar and his team, the delicious food served with a stunning view makes each stay unforgettable. The spacious, well-maintained rooms add to the experience. This was my fifth visit, and as always, it exceeded expectations. Thank you, Marron Sea View Resort, for another fantastic experience.

The resort is located right on the beach and has beautiful rooms, especially the sea-facing cottages. The food and service was also good but the only issue we faced was rude behavior from the guy at the reception. Except for that which turned us off in the beginning, the stay was excellent. Food is good too and the restaurant staff is also good.

I wasn’t expecting anything really great so was open minded. To be honest it was better than I expected.Sea view balcony, log cabin style with ceiling fan and AC. Fridge, TV. The shower had a mind of its own going from hot to cold. There is work going on around the area but that is for improvements. Free towels, sun beds and umbrellas. The staff were attentive and friendly and the food was excellent. The menu choice is excellent. The kitchen and prep area is stainless steel and immaculate. Yes, I would recommend.

"Maroon Sea View Resort's restaurant is absolutely incredible! Had both breakfast and dinner there, and the food was simply outstanding. Highly recommend it! Overall place is good and have a nice sea view room with better services. Nice stay

Marron Beach Restaurant. We have been staying in area for last 10 days. We found this beach restaurant half way through and returned on four occasions. The staff and quality of food was excellent. The sun loungers are comfortable with clean towels each day. There is a shower. It could do with a few hooks on wall for clothing. But otherwise, We couldn't fault it. Well worth a visit if you are in area.

We find it difficult to rate the hotel. If there was a good, we would happily give it that rating. So we could only choose between very good and satisfactory and decided on the latter. The resort has a great location, at the quiet end of Palolem Beach. Our cottage was spacious and (for Palolem standards) very comfortable. The air conditioning in the room is a big plus. The booking platform we used to book the cottage said that there was a safe in the room, but there was none. The cottage itself was clean, but we found the dogs that were besieging our terrace a bit unhygienic. In general, however, the facility was well maintained. The service was mixed. The staff in the restaurant were very nice and accommodating, *** cannot say anything negative here. The other employees in the hotel (reception, in the garden, etc.) ranged from very nice to unfriendly. We were bothered by the fact that sometimes we were not greeted. Breakfast in the restaurant was fine. However, we found the place a bit uncomfortable, so we ate out for dinner. The complex is certainly one of the most comfortable on Palolem Beach, but we unfortunately didn't really like the atmosphere in the hotel. We somehow missed the easy, relaxed Palolem feeling, but that is certainly a very subjective impression.
