Simply stunning little island with the most beautiful beach. We liked it better than Mataking because the bungalows are well hidden and blend in well with the shore line. Also it had more of a remote island feeling, which we enjoyed. The staff was overall very welcoming and helpful. Truly was a worthy conclusion of our two weeks in Malaysia.

The price is so high, but it is not reflected in all aspects. The advantage is that Bang Bang Island is a private island, so you are not disturbed by tour groups and local natives, and you can see turtles and small fish up close. The rest are all complaints. The location is lovely, the resort is a bit old but the rooms are really big and clean, we had a Beach Villa. The sea in front is beautiful with stretches of coral reef and colorful fish and a couple of turtles visible at high tide! The tour of the island on foot is not worth it because there is plastic everywhere! The buffet dinner was decent, nothing unforgettable but plentiful! We did a half-day snorkeling excursion, very nice but perhaps a bit expensive!

Their hotel service is very unique. The air conditioning in the first room was very poor. When they asked them to change rooms, they said that other rooms were like this. Then they said that the rooms by the sea were OK, but they had to pay extra. When I booked two rooms before, there was only one room by the sea, and then I could only book one room each. Now there is one, but it costs 250 MYR, which is higher than the price on Ctrip! But there is no way on the island! This kind of private island really can't talk about service, it feels like just going through the process! It's quite standard, and things are done, but the environment of the island is good. You can refer to the pictures to see that this hotel has better facilities among the hotels on this island? The others are even worse! The previous room and the changed room were sprayed with this insecticide everywhere! It feels very uncomfortable! The price in the peak season is really not cost-effective, it's better to come in the off-season. Although the airport drop-off service is a Chinese driver, it's like you owe him money! He drives fast, has a very bad attitude, and has no road safety awareness at all! I advise those with children and the elderly not to come here, life is precious!

There is free island hopping every day. Staying on the island will be depressing. The swimming pool is not bad. The restaurant is on the second floor of the swimming pool. It is very small. The third floor is the bar. Objectively speaking, the facilities are not standardized and perfect. The front of the swimming pool is still under construction. It feels like a temporary construction. The marketing is great. The beach is not big. The advantage is that the sunset is good. You can take a silhouette sunset at the seaside. Snorkeling should go to the snorkeling area. The first day on the island, the sea water was huge green, beautiful and glassy. To be precise, as a veteran resort in Semporna, you can wash it. It is recommended to prepare a disposable breathing mouthpiece, snorkeling long sleeves, hat, and aloe vera gel before going to the island to prevent sunburn.

The attitude of the female receptionist at the hotel was simply terrible. The last time I stayed there was on the west side of the beach villa, with a good view and good facilities. The room I was given this time did not have a ceiling fan, and the slippers were used by others. The most important thing is that first come, first book, and pay the same price to give me this unknown room. The receptionist at the front desk acted like someone owed her money. The most annoying thing was the beach villa No. 1 with the best view. Two foreigners checked in on the second day. Also, you can't choose the table for eating at will. You can only go to the place she designated. That's fine. As a result, the tables for foreigners to eat are all on the side with the best view. Their hotel really makes money from Chinese people, and they have such a dead attitude. If it was my first time to their hotel, it would be fine. This was my second time staying there, and the experience was completely different from the first time. When we were leaving the island by boat, a male receptionist told us to wait for notification and said that he would call me when the boat arrived. As a result, the woman came over and asked unhappily, which room are you in? Don't you know the boat is coming? I said your staff told me to wait here, and the boat called me when it came. My wife likes the movie very much, and she also has a lot of fun snorkeling. Of course, I prefer deep diving. The buffet has slightly fewer dishes, but the hotel is generally ok. They said that your insurance does not allow you to leave the island, so you can only stay on the island for three days. The room reservations we made before coming here were all fake. The room occupancy rate never exceeded 40% during our three-day stay. This was especially obvious during dinner. You can tell by counting yourself. Anyway, we stayed for 4 days and 3 nights with no activities at all. We were trapped on the island every day, and our days felt like years. Especially on New Year's Day, there was a lot of excitement coming from Bai Zhenzhu's place. The Longzhu Resort Hotel is lifeless. You won't encounter anyone panting when you go out at 22 o'clock. When a few of us countrymen were snorkeling, we saw a blue starfish and were excited. After landing, a couple from Guangdong or Hong Kong brought one up and told us directly that it was plastic... We were immediately speechless. As for the quality of the sea water, we don’t have to be stuck for three days and have no chance to go to other islands.
