It has a great infrastructure, but the nearby Eden beach is not that attractive comparing to Rock beach.

The Radisson Pont du Chery is a hotel of no more than four stars, and it is very far from the main (white) part of the city. It is about 13–14 km away, and the hotel charges USD 20 each way, USD 20 to go and USD 20 to return. So, if someone wants to visit Pont du Chery, the hotel is extremely far. Moreover, there is nothing around the hotel at all—zero, a desert. It is suitable only for those who want to stay isolated from the city and close to the beach (about 500 meters away). Otherwise, it is not suitable for a tourist who wants to visit Pont du Chery🛜🛜🛜 The staff is excellent. The breakfast is good. The reception staff is exceptional

While the location is slightly away from the city, it is next to a good beach. The breakfast spread is really delicious, and the rooms are very good.

Just loved the 2 days stay here the icing on cake was an upgrade provided by the hotel to the best room chalet with baranda near to lagoon an open lawn greenery, this was just superb and fantastic stay.. best resort in pondicherry... Also like the service by front office executive Mr. Sourav he made our fantastic upgrade possible...

The setting is perfect, tranquil and serene but close to the excitement of White Town. The staff have been brilliant. They have made the experience really special. The chefs are amazing and even cooked us local style food at our request.

Thanks to Radisson for making it a memorable birth anniversary. They not only arranged for the cake with custom wording but also presented a nice photo and frame towards the end of the stay. Murali sir made the swimming experience the most enjoyable I've ever had with the dance and water polo sessions. The premise has private pathway towards eden beach which has wonderful views of the paradise bay. 10/10 would come here again if I get a chance.

We had an excellent and memorable stay at The Radisson resort Pondicherry Bay. Most spacious and comfortable chalet room overlooking the green well kept gardens , lagoon and sea view from their exotic balconies The food, the service, the staff, the ambience and the setting.. all awesome It was a pleasure to stay here The General manager Mr Makendra Kumar and his team were all so hospitable and extended impeccable and most personalised and attentive service and hospitality..
