This was a rare find because, I normally travel to Pongola, and I was not aware of such a beaautiful, homely and private accommodation. It has a big yard, and as a guest you have a choice of staying in the main guest house or the additional outside guest rooms,. It is separated from, but not far from the hustle and bustle of the Pongola heat, close enough to National Road N2 (Piet Retief), so there is no way of getting lost going back home. I f you are a lover of running, you will definitely love running the in the sugar canes, that provide tranquility and relief from the noise of running in the tarmac. The rooms are big, and the rooms are well furnished, with all the common guest needs. Kim, the owner and Basil, the manager are very accommodating.

This Guesthouse is ideally located close to the N2 national road. It is inside a quiet area, the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The bed is comfortable too. The staff is very friendly and efficient. This Guesthouse gives value for your money. Highly recommended

We enjoyed our overnight stay which included dinner and breakfast. The meals were top notch. Very homely and the staff friendly and helpful to make our stay comfortable. Pongola itself was a pleasure and the community all very friendly.

The front door didn’t lock at all . No shower curtain . Water every where . Cheap finishes . Needs an upgrade . Won’t stay there again .
