The photos that accompany the profile of this hotel give a way better impression than actual reality. Hotel Room--couldn't they have thought of a more creative name?--is a very mediocre, somewhat depressing, place to stay in Pontevedra. My wife and I stayed here two nights. The room is sterile. We were promised a outdoor space connected to our room. That promise was fulfilled but our room had the only private outdoor space without a table and chairs. The staff are friendly, at least. You often pay for what you get when it comes to hotels and this is definitely true at Hotel Room. It's affordable but don't arrive with anything but low expectations.

We don't even know where to start. We initially spoke on the phone to confirm our reservation and explained that we were 4 adults and 1 child, so we needed 2 rooms. We had two rooms but they got mad at us because we hadn't mentioned the child when we made the reservation over the phone. We mentioned it so much that what they told us was that they didn't have room for an extra bed. We agreed that the 5-year-old child would sleep with us because it was only for one night. We were placed on the 6th floor, rooms 601 and 602. Avoid this floor at all costs. It must be the forgotten floor. The cleaning is terrible. In fact, it didn't even look like it had been cleaned. It's the building's attic, so you can imagine what it must be like. One of the rooms with a shower had a door that wouldn't open. In the morning, be prepared to wake up to the noise of everything and anything because we could hear everything from one room to another. Garage on floor -2 of the building, forget about large cars or have little experience, don't even try, terrible and they charge €10 per day. In short, never to be repeated.

Hotel with a good location. The rooms are old, although they are clean. The bed was awful, they haven't changed the mattress since who knows when. You could see the springs just by running your hand over it. We asked them not to change it the next day, but if they did, we didn't notice anything. The bed base was just as bad, it moved and made noise. 3 nights of bad sleep. The shower didn't work well either, there was little water coming out. The girl who helped us at reception was good. Bad value for money.

Noises all the time, from the elevator to slamming doors. The room looked out onto a courtyard where there are also apartments and in the early morning you could hear the neighbors and smells of food. The mattress on the 1.50m bed was not comfortable at all and was sunken in the center. The air conditioning did not work. We were notified by reception, and they told us that they were aware of this, that it had been like this for several days and that they did not know when it would be fixed (if they know it does not work, why do they offer this service and charge the same price for the room?). When we asked for a fan, they told us that they had a few but there were no more, without giving any solution (go buy more fans for their clients, perhaps? And so that they do not get too hot with the 38 degrees we had in the environment?) Of course the experience has been awful and we will not return.

Very expensive value for money. Rooms are very unkempt, but clean. They don't even help you bring your suitcases up. Staff are attentive, except for the blonde girl at reception, who seemed to have forgotten her smile and kindness at home.

I stopped for a night on the way to Santiago de Compostela. The room was fine, what I expected, quite well located and with parking nearby on several streets. What I have to say and I can't keep quiet is that we left around 11:00 in the morning heading for Santiago and when we arrived an hour later my wife realized that she had left 2 jackets hanging on a hanger. I called and they told me that the cleaning staff hadn't left them anything yet. The receptionist told me to call the next day. I called at 9:00 and they told me that they didn't find anything. No, the two jackets were left there and someone kept them. I hope they look into these things because for two jackets it can't be that bad.

Una experiencia horrible, contratamos con Booking las habitaciones y opiniones eran muy diferentes en la aplicación que en la realidad. Nos dieron una habitación que no tenía nada que ver con la realidad, llena de humedades algo que no puedo describir, un montón de ruidos de las que estaban al lado. Lo único bueno el personal que nos trató amablemente, me imagino que lidian con el problema de las habitaciones que debe ser bastante.

Limpio , cerca de la estacion de tren ,autobuses y del centro . Muy comodo . Muy bien relacion calidad precio. Lo recomiendo. Cerca hay lugares para desayunar,comer o cenar . Si vuelvo a Pontevedra repetire Hotel, el personal muy simpatico.

Hotel correcto, bien situado. La recepción muy amable. Las habitaciones bien pero algo descuidado el mantenimiento.

Buon hotel non lontano dal centro di Pontevedra con ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Eravamo un gruppo di 8 amici e abbiamo alloggiato in 4 camere doppie. Ottima pulizia, camera semplice e confortevole. Colazione sufficiente.

Réceptionnistes très sympas, chambre plutôt grande, et parking privé souterrain. Situé à quelques minutes à pied de la zone piétonne de la ville. Petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet. Wifi gratuit mais qui passe très mal dans la chambre. Murs mal insonorisés. Pour une nuit cela reste cependant un bon prix.

Hotel céntrico. Habitaciones un poco pequeñas pero limpias, la cama era cómoda pero al tener ruedas el cabecero quedaba despejado de la pared y al moverte hacia muchísimo ruido. El aire acondicionado no nos funcionaba, pero tampoco nos hizo falta en los dias que estuvimos alojados. El parking está bastante bien, pero si tienes un coche grande es imposible meterlo sin hacerle algún roce. Personal amable.
