Excellent stay. Very convenient as there is a 7-11 nearby. Room was comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly and polite. Will recommend to people coming to pontian for a short stay.

Forest City Marina Hotel is a resort hotel by the sea with a view of Singapore. The receiptionist are very polite and helpful. We checked in at the hotel on 17 October 2020 and the whole check in process was fast and took us less than 10 minutes from queuing to getting the room keys. The room is very spacious and big. It is equipped with wifi connectivity, big screen tv, a variety of tv channels, a chiller, bathrobes and complimentary mineral water. The bathroom/toilet comes with a bathtub and separate shower and the size is big and spacious. The room also have a balcony facing the seaview and Singapore. The downside of the hotel: 1. It’s located very far from JB city and after 8pm, the Forest City seems to be a dead city. 2. Some of the facilities are not open to the public(eg. Only one swimming pool is open out of the many swimming pools, facilities around the resort are limited to the Marina Hotel and many shops are closed) 3. Some of the equipment/in room facilities require repair eg. Shower head 4. Aircond is not switched on in many areas(maybe due to low occupancy) The positive part of the hotel: 1. Very friendly and polite staff in the hotel from receiption, restaurant, security guards to the housekeeping team. Good job everyone. 2. The room is neat and tidy. Sufficient towels and amenities are provided. 3. Operator/receiption answer the phone call within three rings 4. They have promotion set meal at rm20 each which is affordable.

The only boutique hotel in small town of Benut. Location is very strategic. Just above a mini market. Lots of eatery near by. Just that the design of the room is weird as there are only partition (a thin pieces of glass ) between the bathroom and the entire room and the bed is just next the the glass. And the ventilation is shared for the whole room. And is you really need to book this hotel, pls book direct as the rate is much much cheaper.

Clean room and fully equipped with a traveler needs. Toothbrushes, toothpaste, bottled water, coffee, tea, shampoo, bodywash, hair dryer. This hotel also serve free welcome drinks, 3 types of titbits, ice lemon tea, coffee up for grab totally free. This hotel definitely exceeded the level of service provided as a budget hotel. Also, I left my inhaler in the room when checkout and the housemaid brought it down and return it back to me. I strongly recommend this hotel for those looking for accommodation below 100. Value for money.

Counter staffs are excellent and professional. I stayed from 10-13 March in 11012. I like to visit this hotel everytime we come to Legoland. This hotel is the best in Johor Legoland. Highly recommended for families going to legoland. Walking distance about 5-7mins walk.

Construction activities around the area. Other than that, it was a great place to relax and unwind. Their spa service was excellent as well as their intuitive reception and ground staffs. The room however is a dated and in dire need of renovation or redevelopment. High potential place I must stay as the big pool have a breathtaking view upon sunset and sunrise. Had a chance to try their Chinese’s Cooking Restaurant and it was amazing. I love the shark fins soup and pecking duck! Go and try yourself. The breakfast however, quite limited in choices if you were to ask me but a big round of applause to that kuah kacang and nasi impit. Will I revisit? Love the free parking when the ticket validated. The foods are so much variety we tried all but the time limit is not enough. The treasure hunting and to break the clues to find the combination lock is fun. The themed deco concept of the hotel room are on point. Its very convenient locatiin when you wabt to go to the water park, theme park, Sea Life and Medini mall. The parking bays are ample and nearby with covered roof. We should have stayed one more night as we do not use all the facilities and services there.

Booked a room facing sea and pulau kukup. Except the bath room water pressure is low, the room is clean. Room size average considering 3 adults and 2 children's but it s nice experience venture around kukup chinese village. People here generally are friendly but the snack here are not cheap.
