Nice: Individual staff are definitely friendly and helpful. Location is good except the drop off and parking space during peak hours and days are challenging. Disappointed: This is the 2nd time in 2 years that we stayed here. Couldnt get twin beds although our bookings had selected and remarks for twin beds as well, and we stayed for 8nights. The staff said we had to pay to upgrade instead for twin beds. Swimming pool at the roof top has the best view of the city, but is a little small though.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. The building is very old and in need of renovation. The amenities were below expectations—hot water was inconsistent, and basic facilities felt outdated. For the price charged, I expected a much higher standard. Unfortunately, I did not find the stay to be good value for money.

The room was spacious and bed was comfortable. We got everything we need on that 1 day stay.

Service was good..but for the food not really .

Slow respon when need things. No towel in the room, and when asked for the towel. The respon its very slow. Need reminder 4-5 times. Bad service

Check in time 2.00 pm but room is not ready

Staycation

Great hotel with nice facilities. The location is located on Gajahmada Street that have so many night street food. The pool also located at 12th floor so have a beautiful view of Pontianak City.

Booked "Harris" room, as it was slighly bigger the normal one and had one sofa as shown in the catalogue. Checked-in around 11pm, when we got into the room, there were lots of moldy yellow stain on the curtain and no sofa. We asked the counter, was told that all of the sofas had been removed, we requested to change to another more clean room. In the another room (also no sofa, nevermind) but we discovered something more disgusting that really triggered me, my bed was not changed or cleaned from the previous stay, there were 3 curly hair on the bed covered by the blanket and pillows. This makes me wonder what else that have not been cleaned? In addition, the partially broken electric kettle was not changed and cleaned as well, someone possibly can get electrocuted from using it. All of these issues have been brought up to the Manager's attention on the next day, he apologised and offered us another room, at last he reassures us that the cleanliness of the hotel will be improved.
