The hotel was huge and much more to it than you imagine but runs smoothly

Perfect for families. 5-star staff. Good food, cleanliness, and comfort. Lots of fun for the little ones. Beautiful beaches very close by. Everything you need for a great vacation. Recommended.

Excellent facilities and the all-inclusive menus were very varied and high quality. A perfect spot for family holidays.

Perfect hotel for a family weekend. It doesn't make sense to charge for parking, much less charge for charging by the hour.

We loved the place, the beautiful scenery, the good food, and the very friendly staff. The only negative thing was the mishap I had in one of the elevators. It closed as I was passing and caught my foot, which made me uncomfortable and in pain. When I arrived in Spain and had an X-ray, they told me I had a small fracture in my pinky toe. Otherwise, everything was fine.

The location and service were wonderful. The food was generally good; we'll be back.

We are disappointed with the lack of professionalism and security at the hotel. We suffered a serious case of harassment, we reported it to the hotel and they did not even want to call the police. We felt unprotected since the harasser threatened us with death, and the hotel did not respond to all this. There was no protection or security on their part and to top it off, scared, we had to leave the hotel early seeing the little security they provided us. A disaster in security. We are going to sue them.

Muito bom, bem localizado com todo o tipo de entretenimento que é para crianças que é para adultos vale mesmo a pena voltar comida ótima a qualquer hora praia a 5 minutos a pé para mim um dos melhores hotéis de Portugal

Hemos repetido en este hotel porque la primera vez no encantó y la verdad que sigue en la misma línea. Por poner una pega la habitación que nos ha tocado esta vez era más moderna pero había un ruido constante que venía de una rejilla situada en el techo que no sabíamos si era de el aire (aunque lo apagáramos hacia ruido) o de las tuberías, la verdad que era un poco incomodo. Por lo demás todo perfecto como siempre
