Really nice view with good location. Able to see sunrise from the balcony. Love it!

everything is good except for having no free water and no vending machine to buy water.

Needs investment to reinvigorate the spa. I had to release 2 men that were trapped in the Turkish bath (steam room) using a fork to release the stuck lock. The were angry to say the least. The service team did not repair the door before reopening it for service. The wooden floor then gave way under us as a group had gathered in concern. Buffets meals were fair. Limited drinks to one per person with the set meal...at least another refill would have been basic. The wellness center has no beautifying or massage service available. Otherwise it was a good standard relaxing stay.

The hotel room and location was great if you want to just relax and have beach time I would stay again  The meaks were great  For us we did find it a bit out of the way for touring other places and used bolt several times  The pool area is nice with both inside and outside pools  The beaches were very very nice but did have to work a bit to get down to them. We did enjoy the walk but there was lots of stairs (most places seem to have the same layout)  We were there 2nd wee of Feb weather was nice but was not swimming weather

We arrived tired and arrived around 2:30 pm, knowing that check-in was at 3:00 pm. They only gave us our room at 3:07 pm, but otherwise they were impeccable. The night staff explained to me exactly where to park the car and even offered us popcorn.
