My wife and I had a great stay at Country Inn & Suites, Port Clinton under the management of Shawna Cowger. The rooms were spotless, and the staff were friendly and engaging. Amy, head of housekeeping, was cheerful as was the other housekeeping staff. Tony, Assistant General Manager, was at the front desk and welcomed us warmly as did other front desk staff—Sandy, Brittany, and several others. I was also happy to talk with the gentleman who headed up the breakfast (I believe he was Terry). He and all the others truly seemed delighted to work at this property. Since my wife is from the area, we will look forward to a future stay.

I enjoyed my stay at this very fine hotel. The Marriott brand is my favorite because of the convenience and the amenities. This is a perfect family or couples hotel. My husband and I were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary, and it was an absolutely lovely weekend. With Cedar Point, Put-In-Bay being nearby, and the hotel being right on the water, with the most beautiful sunsets, I enjoyed our one-tank anniversary trip!
