Amazing bartenders and staff they are very helpful and very polite and welcoming, I couldn’t fault the trip and I met some amazing people that have taught me Spanish and I am very pleased to have come to this visit this place and I’ll be back again soon

No complaints about the hotel / food / room but you get what you pay for. Couple of minutes walk to the beach and local bars / shops Overall we enjoyed the stay (3 Adults all family members) Would i recommend someone to stay here? Yes i would if they wanted a cheap holiday.

Just back from a weeks stay at the globales condes de Alcúdia and what an excellent week it’s been, the hotel is beautiful and so clean we were on the 3rd floor which was good as the lifts aren’t the best so we just used the stairs most of the time, the staff are very welcoming and work so hard every day especially the animation team I was a little worried before we went as some of the reviews are quite bad but honestly it’s a great hotel my only issue was the rooms can be noisy but there isn’t a great deal you can do about that it sounded like a family of elephants were staying above us. We enjoyed the entertainment they had live singers and flamenco dancers whilst we were there which were fabulous! The food was fantastic always a great choice every night, the snack bar was brilliant and they don’t water down the booze like a lot of places as my husband found out on his birthday Another thing we loved was that there was always sunbeds round the pool you wasn’t having to skulk round waiting for one to become available you still get people going down at daft o’clock to put there towels on them though the location was excellent a 2 minute walk across the road to the beach and a you’re literally in the port which we loved as we normally stay on the other side and you either have to walk or catch the bus to get to this end. The cleaners work so hard too we had clean bedding and towels every day and they make sure every part of the hotel is gleaming the pool area is immaculate. It really is a lovely hotel definitely ignore the negative reviews as the pros of this hotel definitely outweigh the cons we will definitely be back again thank you Globales condes de Alcúdia for a great stay!

Whilst I would not normally write bad reviews I feel that I need to write this one for any one with a food allergy/intolerance. Having stayed at Globales Palma Nova where gluten free options and control was very good, we felt sure that we were in safe hands with the group of hotels. unfortunately this was far from what we expected, there was no one to greet you in the restaurant. I had to find staff to ask what I could eat as there is no signs on the food. They would often roll their eyes, tell you to wait and disappear to get a list. There were no potato options, did offer pasta but would have had to wait too long. For breakfast there was bread but nothing else, no cake or cereal. In the end I resorted to going to Burger King next door to get GF chips and taking them in for dinner. There was no GF in the snack bar so don’t miss any meals as you cannot snack. There is GF in the big Spa over the road so I did get food there. Shocking, when I spoke to reception it made no difference almost an attitude of what do you want us to do. I paid for all inclusive but had to provide a basic like potato, totally unacceptable, they expect you to just make do. The rooms were small, only one plug socket so take an extension. The lifts are small and slow so be prepared to wait, or walk up/down. I have stayed in Globales hotels before and this one is a let down to the company.

Our third visit, once many years ago and once in 2022. Not a lot to say as it is the usual Spanish 3* hotel, but on the better end of the scale. Staff were very pleasant, food was of a decent standard, but proper bacon would be appreciated occasionally as the stuff they had was inedible, and the drinks were okay, athough some of the AI cocktails were undrinkable, there was always something I could enjoy. I did take to treating myself to a premium cocktail on the odd accasion as they are worth the extra money. The entertainment was the usual hotel fare, cheap and cheerful, easy going which i enjoy. The only bit that really let it down was the room. Only one accesible plug socket in the room. Luckily we had a dual charger for phones and tablets, otherwise forget it. Also the shower was dangerous, I am not as mobile as i used to be and the shower base was marble, very slippery when wet with no slip mat. It washard for me to use the toilet as the sink unit was right next to it, sticking out and the other side had a very cracked and dangerous shower base edge jutting out, I had to sit with my feet up on the shower base which made it uneven to stand up. The room definetely should have been renoavted as it was very outdated and badly designed. Would I go again... undecided, but if the price was right maybe as the location was spot on, just around the corner from the beach and marina.

Hotel located in a lovely area a 2 minute walk to the beach and marina, rooms dated but kept clean by the fantastic friendly housekeeping staff. Food repetitive and only luke warm but there was a microwave so no problem really, bar staff really friendly and we found plenty of choice. Childrens entertainment staff absolutely fantastic, these 2 guys went above and beyond and I hope the management give them the credit they deserve. The only thing that let the hotel down was the lifeguard, I have never met anyone as rude and downright horrible in all the hotels we have stayed in. He stomped about all day every day growling and shacking his head, he made one lady cry by grabing a plate from her and knocking a drink over her phone and towel, made small children cry by grabbing there balls from them, and yes rules are rules but his attitude stank he would then go round the ashtrays tab hunting, and go and have a crafty puff. Definitely in the wrong job and a let down to the rest of the fantastic staff from this hotel.

First off by saying amazing location easy to access beach. Hotel from outside looks ok the reception looks old and dated reception staff are really friendly the pool is small but very nice and warm on a afternoon and cool in the morning. The hotel was clean in general cleaners worked really hard all day. Restaurant was again clean but the food was same every day and got. Boring breakfast was tasty but same every day lunch was terrible always just the same food the dinner was alright some nights the night they had waffles was lovely Italian was good and the Chinese night was good the bar was good but crowded at night time I wish there was more bars open instead of one snack bar was decent not amazing tho the rooms are tiny beds are comfy and the tv has English channels so good to watch before bed bathroom is tiny shower floods easily. The beach is very close but we didn’t go very much shops close by so good amazing burger restaurant near by (burger Luna ) the entertainment was brilliant Lukas and I can’t remember the other one but he was hilarious. Will definitely come back to alcudia but don’t think I’ll be back to this hotel.

The room was very small but I knew this would be the case before I arrived. My mum and I were able to make it work and it ended up being perfectly fine. The views from the balcony were amazing! I had no interruptions to my sleep. I was on the 8th floor which took some getting used to as I'm not very good with heights, but half way through my stay, I became comfortable with looking over the balcony. There were two lifts but both were very small and could only hold up to 6 people (425kg). This meant that there was sometimes a bit of a wait for the lifts. My mum and I tried to use the stairs whenever we could, but 8 floors is a lot when there's no anti-slip *****s. The food in the restaurant was pretty much the same everyday, and there wasn't much variety. As someone who isn't a fan of spicy food or fish, some evenings the only other option was spaghetti. If you ate breakfast towards the end of the opening times, the food was sp**** and somewhat cold as they had not replenished anything. Towards the end of my stay, my mum and I skipped breakfast at the hotel and ate elsewhere. The restaurant is very small for the amount of rooms in the hotel, and it was a struggle to find a seat at times. Sometimes the toilet wouldn't flush and there wouldn't be any water coming out of the taps or shower. When we asked at reception, they said this was due to plumbing works down the road. A slight inconvenience but of no fault of the hotel. The poolside area was always very busy but I could always get a seat at a table nearby. All of the staff were kind and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect. There are plenty of bus stops nearby - I recommend the website tib.org for bus transport. Each bus ticket was no more than €2 each. Alternatively, you can tap your card as you enter the bus and tap it again as you exit. The hotel is less than a 5min walk to the beach and is next to a variety of small grocery shops and tourist shops. Port de Alcudia is a 10 minute walk away with lots of popular restaurants. Old Town Alcudia is a 15min walk away. Apple Pay is excepted in the majority of shops, bars, restaurants and cafes. Overall, despite the negatives, they are little things all added together, and the location of the hotel definitely makes up for them.

My husband, our daughter and I all went out to alucudia a couple of months back, I used to go as a child to the same hotel so wanted to take my family there for a holiday, and we had the best time....staff are very welcoming couldn't fault any of them and the animation team wer brilliant. Just a shame the food wasn't that great, but it was an all inclusive package so apart from that.... would give it 8, if the food was better would be a 10 for sure, but we are booking up to go back there so that must tell you something
