Ok room and the location is great. It’s not really a hotel though, as you need to go down the street to get any requests fulfilled. Room was great - the concept is a bit weird.

Perfect location close to the waterfront. Small hotel with rooftop pool and lovely staff. Amazing value out of season. We had a brilliant time walking, sunning ourselves and eating in the restaurants locally.

We had such a lovely stay at the Cultural. The hotel is so central on the lovely square. We had a great room- 212- overlooking the square. It was a great size and had a lovely balcony. There were nice toiletries in little bottles, a good hairdryer and an iron and ironing board. Plenty of storage space as well. Breakfast was great- cooked to order and delicious. Lots of options. Oscar was very attentive, friendly and looked after us. We had a bottle of wine and fruit platter left in our room for our wedding anniversary. There is a rooftop terrace which is a sun trap! Lots of beds and complimentary towels. There’s also a little splash pool as well. Reception and check in is at the Daina which is 2 minutes away. The reception staff were so helpful. There’s also a nice bar at the Cultural serving reasonably priced cocktails- they do a very good cava sangria! I had read reviews about the noise and there is some noise from the square but it’s a nice noise and doesn’t go on all night. I would really highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed here in a balcony room again for a week in June 2025, this being our 4th visit to the Cultural. We have even booked again for next year! We always book directly with Hoposa, but this year didn’t get a welcome drink? Central location right on the square. Some nice, happy noise of people chatting and children playing from the Square; you feel very central here. Bedrooms are lovely - definitely 4 star with comfy beds. Check-in at the Diana Hotel is easy, nothing to worry about. The Cultural has a lovely bar/restaurant, but no reception. Breakfast is served to your table and the whole experience takes 45 minutes to an hour. We don’t mind as we are on holiday; the staff are lovely and work very hard, but the table-service on the terrace means they have to run back and forth to the kitchen/bar in the heat a lot, and this can slow things down - just bear this in mind if you are in a hurry. If you had mobility issues, this hotel may not be suitable as the lift is not accessible late at night (when the ground floor closes) and you need to use a side entrance with stairs. Overall, it is a great hotel at a fair price point for the resort when compared to other four star hotels, and we are looking forward to returning again.

Just returned from a weeks stay at this hotel. The check in process was smooth, although it was at the sister hotel, which is 2 minutes away by foot. We had standard rooms, which were small but very clean and well appointed. I would choose a balcony room if I was to visit again. The breakfast offering was varied and served to you(which I prefer, rather than a buffet). The seating outside looked over the square and was a nice way to start the day. We also used the bar in the evening, with outdoor seating(same area as breakfast). I must point out the staff, who were all excellent. Professional, courteous and always happy. Special mentions to Alfonzo and Pere, who looked after us. The location was perfect. 5 minutes to the sea and 5 minutes to the bus stop. We used local buses to travel around, which were cheap and convenient.

I had a truly lovely two-week stay at this hotel and honestly can't fault a single thing. From the moment we arrived, the experience was smooth, welcoming, and thoroughly enjoyable. The rooms were lovely which an outside terrace (room 109), tastefully decorated, and cleaned to a high standard every single day. The breakfast selection was fantastic, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes — everything was fresh, well-prepared, and delicious. The staff were warm, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. Their professionalism and kindness made us feel right at home throughout our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend this hotel to others. A big thank you to everyone who made our stay so memorable! Look forward to visiting again.
