Clean hotel but lightings and amenities abit run down. Can do a renovation to upgrad eguest experience. The staff are many, but not well trained. Saw one of the staff spitting on the floor while walking. The rooms clean and the aircond works well. Reception upgraded us to premium water chalet from water chalet. But no sea view. Breakfast was so-so, could be improved, go eat early as many tour groups coming out for breakfast after 8am. Buggy service was perfect and friendly, but need to queue during peak hours. Overall decent experience.

Overall location and facilities are good. Environment is nice, just the chalet already old need maintenance. My room have 2 band basin, one of it is spoiled and I WhatsApp to the PIC. However no response from them and some plug of my room also unusable. Some of the light switch did not function. Overall it's a good place for short staycation if want to relax out of city. Location wise is good, near to attraction and shops.

I stay in Lexis hibiscus 4 yrs ago at the room facing the sea, I’m back again staying at the main building this time.. I prefer the main building stay experience, the view is nicer cos I’m higher and I can see the amazing flower layout from my balcony.. the staff as usual are very polite and friendly.. the only down side is I felt the room is not as clean as before, the floor is sticky, the sink area looks not as clean and have slight mouldy smell in the room.. maybe it’s time to have slight reno cos it’s exact same when I came 4-5 yrs ago.. we rented the ATV and bicycle to cycle.. it’s economical and fun, staff is very friendly too.. the food in roselle cafe is quite okay just that the aircon area is very smelly, heavily smoked smell, we sit outside the non aircon room.. they have quite A fair range of international buffet food..

Here’s a detailed review; Check in time was 3pm and it was done swiftly. Buggy service was provided to bring you and your luggage up. First impression of the room is that it was still very dusty and the wooden furniture was no longer in good condition. Some of them had severe cracks and some of the wooden planks on the floor were lifted too. The bathroom was very unclean as well. There’s no bathtub but dental kits, toilet rolls, dryer, shampoo conditioner and body wash were provided in there Basic amenities such as robes, towels, tea sachets, glasses, mini fridge, iron and a safe box were provided as well. Private pool was okay but just like the room, the entire area is quite unclean and some of the tiles were chipped off. The pool’s depth is 1.2M and the chlorine would be blasted from the jets around 8.30pm daily so if you were planning on swimming at night, you might not want to. There are a good number of restaurants which is a good 15 minute walk. The nearest ATM would be a little further away at Lotus. The distance from the hotel to the sea is a quick 5 minute walk where you would have to share with the other two hotels nearby (Lexis & Glory Hotel). There’s an opening to the sea within the hotel area but there was a sign that said it’s not advisable to enter so we were unsure what had happened there that it’s now restricted The breakfast provided is okay but definitely not worth RM65. There were a good amount of bread options, cereals, two juices, nasi lemak, noodles, dim sum, mini paus and only three meat options (chicken slices, chicken hotdogs & streaky beef). There’s also a roti canai and egg station outside. Overall, the experience was good and the staff was friendly but it could’ve been better to update the wooden furniture and make sure it’s properly cleaned with no obvious dust.

Booked 2 bedrom unit. Unfortunately, the air conditioner in one of the room is not working. Luckily there's a fan inside the room. No shower gel provided as well...only shampoo. And parking is very limited. Just to avoid losing my parking space, i have to order my food via food panda. Overall...location is good. Really near to the beach The reat are all ok...
