Comfortable and spacious room in a simple and no frills hotel. Nice touch with some welcome chocolates too. There is a restaurant on site too with a bar. Service was good, and checking in and out was very smooth, helped by friendly staff. The outdoor porch with a pool was a nice touch and had great views outside.

Great for a short term stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was right outside the staircase and elevator and got very noisy from 5AM with employees moving equipment around. I suggest asking for a room further away so that you can get better sleep. Otherwise, a nice, hassle free stay 😊

The atmosphere at the Paxton hotel was amazing - all the staff was so friendly to me and always smiling. My dinner was also quite good, nothing extraordinary but it was warm and fresh and fast. The ocean view is really lovely and the rooms were clean and perfectly equipped. The beautiful consierge even let me stay at the pool after my checkout :)

Nice and comfortable hotel. Rooms are very spacious and the bed is super comfortable. A few minutes drive form the airport and offering a view of the harbour. There's a cafe and a Spar within walking distance. The area is very calm & quiet, perfect for a morning walk.

This will be a long review with as many details and objectivity as I can pen down. I booked Paxton Hotel due to a friend's recommendation and at first it looked a bit modern compared to some of the surrounding hotels in the beachfront area, it's fairly similar in price as the others and I generally book my travels under Discovery Bank so some discounts there. I booked this as a central venue for my wedding entourage and family. Pros: - Modern lookish. - Somewhat competitive prices. - Good breakfast. Cons: - I don't mean to be rude but I think they need to invest in the front office staff training, I had (Mixed bookings, missed handovers, and poor communication) - One incident led me to end up without a room to sleep and I discovered this at 9 PM, on to the point I had to book with Southern Sun The Marine, which was a blessing in disguise. - My mother's room had a broken TV, and the next room she was allocated had no aircon. - Due to a butchered booking by Paxton Hotels, I ended up having credit which I decided to top up and book for my mother-in-law for bed, breakfast and dinner, only for her to be told she didn't have breakfast and at checkout was told there was an error and was reimbursed, I mean how the hell do you manage to screw up someone's reservation that bad. In summary, the staff or at least some of them are great people, but more training is needed at Paxton, for now I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone, rather add a little bit and go to The Marine, hell even that jungle of Garden Court can do better.

Good and safe location with a close proximity to the beach, mall and gym. Rooms were clean and ensured a good night rest. Meal from room service was very good.

We had a lovely stay and the staff were very accommodating. There was an awesome view of the habour and the sea beyond it.

The hotel was comfortable and well-situated and the staff was friendly and professional. I was pleasantly surprised to discover such a gem in PE.

Lovely comfortable and easily accessible hotel with helpful, friendly staff, super-comfy beds and excellent breakfast. You don't hear the road if your windows are closed and the view over the harbour is pretty.
