Casa Rosa Inn

Room was clean and the staff friendly. The pillows were flat and smelled like a sweaty person had used it last. Get new pillows

Stay at motel was good. ******* needs to work on their reservation system. Our room was not in the motel 's system. Thanks to the desk clerk for getting us a room.

Noisy I would not recommend this place for family stay or weekend if you want t have a restful night. We were assigned two rooms across from the pool which is right outside the door. That evening there were several men drinking and listening to music, very loud. We called the front desk about the loud music, and we were told that there is nothing they can do. The next morning at checkout, I talked to the manage about the loud music and their inactions to resolve the issue. He informed me that the guys drinking and listening to loud music were workers that were staying at the hotel and that that was the only day they can relax because they work all week, Not the answer I expected.

My wife and I needed to travel to Port Isabel unexpectedly for a funeral. We needed an inexpensive place to stay and the Casa Rosa provided that. The manager was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean but smelled musty. The air conditioner kept the room cool but could not pull the moisture out of the air. If they could get rid of the musty smell and the mugginess, I would give the motel a higher rating.

Bath tub and shower curtain were dirty. Bath tub and shower were detached or cracked. Sink needs to be replaced. I liked that they were able accommodate our early arrival. I liked that room didn't smell, beds were comfy tv and entertainment center was nice.

No one available through out the night had to wait for about 45 minutes outside unable to get in our room. Key wasn’t working.
