The entire hotel exudes a strong odor of smoking, even in the lobby. Upon my check-in, the reception desk was unoccupied. The hotel charges a deposit of RM50 and an additional RM5 for tax. It is unnecessary to bring an air conditioning unit and a television remote control upon check-in and check-out. The hotel lacks essential amenities, such as coffee and tea, and fails to provide a rack for guests to hang their belongings. It would be beneficial if the hotel prioritized the provision of these basic necessities like new bath towels, tissues and mini fridge.

Is a budget hotel, clean, but my booked room have smoking smell, luckily the pic change another room for me . Definitely the bed not as comfortable soft as the 4 stars hotel but it still good to sleep. Water dispenser is at every floor.

Overall okay consider clean but parking not free. But decent. I think not bad but the road in klang is very bumpy. Budget hotel la.

Good budget hotel located centrally in Port Klang town. The hotel surrounded by many eateries places, bank and grocery shop. Clean hotel with good facilities.

Strictly speaking, it's a no-shower room; there's only one showerhead inside the toilet, so the whole bathroom will be soaking wet after you shower! All rooms have a strong smell of smoke! Only the rooms with windows are barely habitable; the windowless ones feel suffocating and impossible to stay in! It's very noisy with motorcycles passing by near the main road! You have to pay extra for a room with a window! I will definitely never book this hotel again! Trip.com, do you check which hotels meet your standards before recommending them to customers? Really terrible! Trip.com, does your team really inspect whether the hotels meet the basic service standards before doing business with them?
