Macquarie Waters Boutique Apartment Hotel

Location is great, that’s about it. Hotel apartment looked nice but it was pretty standard. When we lifted the bed sheets there were dead bugs in it. Asked for the room to be made daily but they didn’t empty the bins or vacuum the carpet, just made the bed. Shame as we had high hopes for this boutique apartment hotel. I would say it’s more a fancy motel. Amenities were great. Cleaner was friendly and smiling. Would have been nice if they’d vacuum the carpet in the rooms though when asked for rooms to be made.

Room was comfortable and clean

The Macquarie water was a beautiful hotel and in a fantastic location, all staff very welcoming and pleasant could not do enough for us. We would definitely recommend and we will be returning.

Room was tidy, tho had weird smell. Smart TV's but no Foxtel or movie options, one tv lost WiFi connection. Room was tidy, however bed didn't have Doona covers on doonas, just top sheet, Doona, top sheet. Weird. No interaction with staff as late check in so can't comment.

Very clean, walking distance to the shops, restaurants and beach. Polite and friendly staff. Second time back.
