Paddy's Hotel & Apartments

Airport pickup was good but the number listed on Google and the trip.com app was incorrect which made it difficult to arrange the pick-up, had to ask someone at the airport for the correct number. The room’s safe didn’t work so requested a room change which was accommodated but that took a long time and with the wrong bed. My friend left his jacket in the room when we checked out. We returned a few days later to reclaim the jacket but that jacket had mysteriously disappeared. On our second stay in Port Moresby we did not stay here.

Very helpful shuttle included. Great reception staff to organise shuttle and check in/out. Great housekeeping. One of the cleanest in PNG

A couple of days before my arrival i contacted the hotel to ask about shuttle - no response. I called, I texted, i used the ******* app etc - no response. I had the local hotel call them and ******* .. no response. I did not want to take local taxi to the hotel late at night so i had to book another hotel last minute - very expensive - all because they could not respond to any contacts.
