Very good and clean, close to La Tradizione very nice area with shop and dinners. Just the receptionist was not too prepared to give us tourist indication about the area

its ok, no pool.

Great hotel, good price too! I’ve stayed in one before and had a good experience so I thought I’d try again and loved it. Very peaceful place!

This is a pretty new hotel; the design is nice, very modern, and breakfast is like a continental breakfast. Our room was nice and clean, they have dispensers on the wall for soap/lotion/shampoo that makes it organized. One of the towels felt newer than the other one. I didn’t like the pillows; they were overly soft and felt like they were balled up inside. I think they should always have 2 pillow options, one soft and one firmer for the client to choose from. The mattress sheet was sticking out in a corner and was suspiciously wrinkled which made me think that maybe it wasn't changed it from the previous guest. The shower head design looked very cheap and the water pressure in the shower and sink was very low. Something that caught my attention was the uniform that makes employees look like they are guests. It is not a consistent uniform, employees had jean pants of different shades, and T-Shirts or sweatshirts with the hotel logo that would stand out so much. To me, this uniform looks more like a team that is going to do volunteer work outdoors, it doesn't look like a hotel uniform. The check-in was very quick and again, the employees' uniform confuses you because you don't know if you are dealing with an employee or a guest. Overall, this is a nice modern hotel, hope they keep it like that.

They charged me twice and stated that it was refunded.. when it wasn't..

This is my second stay here. I give this place a 3/5. The room I was put into was not clean AT ALL. I found a roach. There was hair on the walls in the shower and splatters on the walls outside the shower. Hair rolling on the floor from the previous person who stayed. Then when I asked for a different room I was met with attitude. The lady behind the desk and I went upstairs to look which was fine but when we got there she turned and sarcastically said "now whats wrong with the room?" I showed her everything and was given another room. The next room was just as dirty just without the roaches. Hair in the bathroom. Splatters by the toilet. Smudges all over the lock and doorknob as well as the toilet handle to flush. They DON'T CLEAN THESE ROOMS OR JUST DONT DO IT WELL. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND STAYING HERE. I literally slept horribly because I couldnt relax.I was scared to wake up and find bugs in the bed with me.
