What a great local spot to enjoy the Muskoka ambience. Within minutes from Mary Lake, a 15 minute drive to Huntsville, this lodge is convenient for any budget minded individual.
It is just what you need, nothing overly fancy. Room was clean enough, obviously some small things were missed however nothing to get upset about. I loved having my own little balcony to sit out and enjoy the warm weather, plus the complimentary breakfast was an extra bonus.
I would recommend this place to anyone looking to support a local business, and anyone wanting an affordable getaway.

Lucky find! The fire pit area & lounge chairs right outside at entrance were just perfect. Everything was good. Friendly staff…Gautam at the front desk and Shawn at Lotsa Wings,(the attached restaurant) were extremely helpful and courteous. Best part lake was within walkable distance. I had a great time staying here. Would definitely visit again!

It was a lovely place to stay and I would recommend from a comfort perspective. However there was no breakfast when I had been told breakfast would be provided. It was completely deserted downstairs from 8-11 when we eventually left.

Very disappointing experience, rooms big but very outdated, breakfast is very poor, I would say, the poorest I ever seen, no maid to clean the room, which I don’t care, but the envelope for tips is there. If it was advertised as 2 star motel, I would definitely okay with that, but they are pretending to be 3 star lodge, which makes it like a joke….

Friendly, helpful staff. The property and rooms are a bit dated. Noisy AC unit in the room we stayed in. The lobby area with fireplace is like a lodge, but the rooms are really a motel .

Everything was good. Clean and comfortable however the sheets were very co****, not any softness in them at all which bothered my skin. My husband was fine.
We ate at Lotsa Wings, the attached restaurant upon arrival for an early dinner and my husband was violently I’ll all evening seemingly from the wings. Some of them seemed cold, but we’ll cooked so he ate them.

The room was clean and comfortable. We obly saw one member of staff in two days and that was at check-in. The garbage was overflowing in the parking lot and some of the outdoor seating was dirty and ripped. There was no firewood available as described in the details and nobody around to ask. The person who checked us in said there was a number to call but nobody picked up. We saw other guests calling without success when they were checking out. There were random boxes and cleaning materials at the entrance and front desk which gave the impressiin that the place was closed. Breakfast was not as shown on the photos, no fruit, no eggs, no replenishing happening. However, the bed was very comfy and clean. We just gelt it was overpriced for the facilities available
